I took my Nissan Armada there after I was cut off so it had front end damage and on the sides , they were courteous and very capable they started the work immediately there prices are the market standard but but what really impressed me was the attention they pay to detail. if you're smart enough to have insurance. you won't find a better auto body repair shop they repair cars from all over the world , and for celebrities , they get a two thumbs up for work done on my classic SUV , I was skeptical at first but when I got to see while the work was being completed. A nightmare- my parents were recommended to go there by the insurance company. They must be related to the owner, I can't imagine why you would use them otherwise. Took a four day repair and stretched it into three weeks. No updates, no help. Kept calling, kept being put off. It was supposed to FINALLY be ready the morning of 2/14, but they didn't call until 5 minutes before they closed to tell them. BTW, receptionist is as useless and rude as the rest of them. My mother explained they didn't have a ride there and her response was, "it will be here whenever you do. We'll leave the keys in the car." First off, not smart and not safe. Secondly, way to treat a paying customer and elderly couple in need. Worst place EVER. Will be talking to the insurance company about their choice of body shops in the near future. read more

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! 10 day job turns into 3 month + nightmare! After recently moving into the area and hitting a deer I didn't know where to send my vehicle for repairs. This company caused a $6,500 job to end up with a final bill for repairs totaling almost $16,000! They managed to not only burn up/ruin my transmission but also cracked my windshield. The owner of VIP Auto Body & Collision admitted to me that parts that should have been on my vehicle that I was told was ready for pick up, were in fact still in boxes on the floor when he returned from vacation. I was also promised that I would be reimbursed $200 for a rental car that was needed when my vehicle still wasn't done the second time it was promised, however I have yet to see a check from them. But they did have the time to send me a letter demanding $55/day for inside storage while I tried to figure out what to do with this now depreciated vehicle. Even with my vehicle back I still have both body and mechanical issues that I now need to have repaired elsewhere. read more

Worst Auto Repair Shop in the Area !!! I will say,Never go there even they offer you Free Repair.I Drop off My dad's Car on 5/23 & received back on 6/30 for a Minor Repair on Back of my Car,So they took almost 6 weeks for the work. They will neither update you regarding your Repair Progress on the car when you call to check the status of your Car nor they will return your call if you leave the message at their cold-water location.and The Receptionist Lady was so Rude every time , Even my Insurance Company adjuster from Allied Insurance said never seen such a Horrible Customer Service in her Life.And we paid almost $1000 deductible for repair plus Insurance adjustment from Company ,So that's not a cheap repair. So in this cut through competitive world,we are the Paying Customer,We should get a better service.Google Do not allow Zero Star,other wise i would be more then happy to give VIP Auto a zero Star.Completely agree with other reviewer, So Avoid them at any cost,if you expect a better service to yourself & your Vehicle. read more
