Tying the balloons off, bundling them, arranging them into full displays and intricate shapes, integrating a variety of sizes and colors all balanced properly? AND transporting them where they need to go? It's not easy, my friends. I've tried it and it's not for me. It takes so much time! And transporting them? Dang near impossible. So from now on I outsource this to the professionals. And no one I've worked with is more professional than Balloon Joy! I recently hired Ballon Joy to do a few displays for some events I had been hosting and they did such a wonderful job. All of the communication for this particular job was done via text (which was really convenient since I'm often running around so a phone call or an email can sometimes be a bit harder to get around to). The displays were beautiful, as described, and impressively large. Balloon displays like this can be on the pricier side but when you factor in the labor, delivery, set up, and vision, it's absolutely worth it. Highly recommend them if you are in need for a special occasion, big or small!

I first reached out on July 13, and we discussed colors and other decor details on August 8. After weeks without a response, I followed up on September 4, and was told my information had been archived in their system. I am glad that I followed up because we were able resolve the issue, and they assured me I would receive an invoice and contract that day, but that never happened. I followed up again on September 18, still without any communication, and was ignored. On September 20, I called again Keetz finally answered the phone and she said her assistant would reach out to me because Keetz saw my message/missed call on September 18. I felt forgotten. On September 27, I followed up one last time before deciding to move on, and still received no response. Keetz seems like a nice person, but the company should focus on improving communication and customer service to benefit future clients. I'm not sure why I had the short end of the stick, but I wish them the best moving forward.
