No worries though - by the time we were leaving, it was packed like a can of sardines much like the first day when we drove by it. A note - this was probably the best meal I had on vacation. No lie. This is a Chinese restaurant, but they also have sushi. They do a little bit of everything. This wound up being our nice night out and we loved every second of it. Staff was kind, portions were generous, and the food was spectacular. My companion and I shared some vegetable spring rolls to start, then he had the Mongolian beef and I had the shrimp lo mein. I sampled a bit of his beef and it was better than average. The vegetable spring rolls, too, were plentiful (we had half a dozen total) and just made. As for the shrimp lo mein, so much shrimp and so hearty and tasty. My only regret is our hotel didn't have a microwave. They also serve beer and wine. Not sure about liquor. My companion had beer and I had ginger ale. Can't complain. The Chinese food at Nueva China rivals my favorite Chinese joint back home except it may actually be healthier.
