When that happened with Lush Balloons, I emailed them to let them know it was disappointing to have to tell my friend that the gift was from me. Lush Balloons responded by defensive email, on a day when their shop was closed, to let me know they "...ran out a few days ago..." of their "...free handwritten cards[s]..." I explained in my first email and my response that the point is not that their cards are free or that their delivery person read what our card said to the first person who answered our door. The point is that the card, free or not, needs to be with the $100 plus gift we bought when the intended recipient arrives home from work, etc. Instead of writing a defensive and unhelpful email to us, we wish Lush Balloons had stopped by Target to buy a box of cards until their free cards became available.

The bridal shower was beautiful every little detail had been carefully thought out. Everywhere you looked there was another cute little detail. The food and decor were carefully thought out, even the choice of cutlery matched the theme of the event. As for the day of coordination, she was running behind the scenes making sure all of my vendors were coordinated. She was magnificent. As a bride I didn't want to be worried with anything that came up day of and she made sure that didn't happened. It was a blessing to have her there running things seamlessly!

I was in a complete panic and could not get ahold of anyone who could help us. With the event only two weeks away, I called Bouncey House Rentals hoping they could save the day. A gentleman named Jim answered the phone. I immediately asked if September 2, 2026 was available, and when he said YES, I was so relieved and excited! Jim then asked me what we needed, and I explained that CCAPP holds our Recovery Happens event every year, now celebrating its 34th year. We needed A LOT: a stage, speakers, four microphones, 250 chairs, 140 tables, large and small tents, garbage cans, and much more. We also had 90 vendors and a live band. On top of all of that, there were additional permit requirements that came up during the process. Jim never broke a sweat! He was calm, reassuring, knowledgeable, and incredibly hands-on throughout the entire process. He even helped us navigate the permit requirements and made sure everything was taken care of. Bouncey House Rentals went above and beyond. They were able to place everything we needed, including equipment across the street at Bishop Gallegos Square, where we provide a FREE pancake breakfast every year for anyone in the community. This year, we welcomed more than 3,000 people to our event, and we are incredibly grateful to have had a company that was there every step of the way. Jim and his team gave us something we desperately needed during a very stressful situation: PEACE OF MIND! Honestly, I think Bouncey House Rentals should change their name to "Peace of Mind Rentals!" I also want to give a huge thank-you to Jim's assistant, Ronda. She was absolutely wonderful and was even working with me on her day off to make sure everything was taken care of. That kind of dedication means so much. CCAPP truly appreciates the entire Bouncey House Rentals team. Cinderella read a book to the captivated crowd and painted everyone's faces. Cinderella was so friendly and encouraging, she made everyone's day magical. The venue itself is beautiful and serves as a blank canvas that allows you to decorate and design it however you'd like. I really love the modern aesthetic. From the outside, you'd never guess how stunning it is inside. It looks more like an office parking area at first glance, but there's plenty of parking, which is always a plus, and the location right off the freeway is super convenient. Once you're inside, it's absolutely gorgeous. There's even a separate cocktail hour room, which is such a cool feature. It can get a little warm at times, but the design more than makes up for it. There are leather chairs, black and brick backdrops, and beautiful garage-style doors that add a lot of character. The exposed brick walls give it that warm, modern industrial vibe that looks great in photos. The bathrooms are also very clean, which is something guests and vendors both appreciate. Overall, The BLOC is a hidden gem of a venue. I'd be excited to attend another event there as a guest or work one again as a vendor.

I really enjoyed brainstorming with her and when my big day finally came- my most favorite feature of my wedding were my flowers. I had so manny little mishaps on my wedding day, from bad weather moving my ceremony inside, to late photographers, to not getting my cake- but the bouquets and arrangements Jane and her staff put together and displayed made my day. When she delivered my bouquets, I was a mess due to the mishaps that already occurred but when I saw the bouquet she made me, I was brought to tears of joy because it was everything I wanted and then some. I still fawn over the arrangements she created for the arch (which was somewhat last minute because I originally didn't have an arch nor was it supposed to be indoors) as well as exactly the style I wanted for the aisle arrangements. Once she assigned my Wedding Coordinator to me (Melissa), I knew my wedding was going to be amazing. Melissa was very detail oriented and made my job a lot easier (as I planned my wedding myself). She was there for rehearsal and stayed for the entire wedding and they even setup/take down and clean for an extra fee (AMAZING).
