We understand mistakes happen and there are malfunctions, but in an industry like this when you are hosting a large party and your product is the highlight of the event you better be sure your product is rock solid. We used her for the tnt blast to reveal our babies gender. Sadly the blast was a dud. Our guests along with us were left confused initially. When we questioned Malika she said one of our kids may have caused the wires to become disconnected. She also went on to say she has never worked with event which had kids at a gender reveal. Not once were we told that the wires were sensitive or to not step on them. Only instruction we were given was don't push down too soon because the TNT blast box was sensitive. We took the excuse she gave us for the failure at face value and left it alone, but after further review of all the photos and video along with surveillance footage in my back yard I could clearly see neither one of my kids stepped on a wire during the reveal count down, and this was simply a error on her part and she took 0 accountability. Not only was the reveal ruined but we were left feeling ripped off.

They were very receptive to feedback and guided us through decisions that aligned with our budget and design goals. They also attempted to curate and present choices that reflected our personalities - they made consistent efforts to get to know us each step of the way, which helped make our wedding truly feel like ours. They crafted presentations (even these were beautiful!) with options for each vendor, including the costs and their portfolio so that we would be able to make informed decisions They helped us handle all communication and negotiations of pricing with our vendors In the end, we definitely had an A+ team to have the wedding beyond our dreams. There were many reasons I chose Jenn from the get-go: prior to even booking her, she was already going above and beyond to get in touch with our venue and other vendors I was interested in. Our venue initially told us we could only use a planner, caterer, and DJ from their approved list...but Jenn's experience in the industry and being the "voice" for her brides allowed us to book her as well as other vendors that were not originally on the "approved" list. Being detail-oriented myself, I knew I had picked the right planner when all of my other vendors told me "she is the queen of details" when they found out who our coordinator was! I'm so grateful we had Jenn by our sides throughout the planning process, as she was able to take my ideas and give her recommendations to make things even better (I went from thinking I wanted only white and green florals to having colorful bouquets and arrangements and I'm so glad Jenn helped to change my mind on that one)!
