You basically sit in the movable 'pod' type deal and just sweat for 30 minutes. There is light therapy involved, with the different lights having different benefits (photo attached). You're in your own room, so most people get fully undressed then slip into the pod - listen to music, podcast, meditate... that time is YOURS! A nice little perk was that your head sticks out, so the heating part isn't as bad as one might think. Bonus - first sweat is $20 and they offer various memberships depending on your preference!
