I've been seeing Natalya for facials and laser treatment for over a month now and my experience with her has been wonderful. She is an excellent cosmetologist and a very caring person. In addition to facials and laser treatment, she has also provided me products specifically for my skin and instructions on how to properly clean my face every morning and night. She also checks in on me every day to ensure that I am following the steps properly and to adjust my facial cleansing routine depending on how my skin responds to certain products and/or lifestyle changes. I've never worked with a cosmetologist (or even a dermatologist for that matter) who has been more thorough and effective at improving my skin and educating me on how to properly care for my skin on my own. We want to feel comfortable with who's hands we put our health in. Not just from a standpoint of knowing what they are doing medically, but also have at least a slight bit of compassion. Dr. Yunayev lacks an human emotions besides arrogance. I wouldn't recommend him to an enemy. DO NOT go to him unless you want to be belittled & leave feeling absolutely horrible and uncomfortable. Big mistake, he delivered my first child which made it a horrible experience. I Googled Dr Shawn, found his practice was close by and have been with him ever since. I've since moved to long Island and commute to bklyn just so I don't hve to change. I can list numerous reasons why I love him but I will state just a few. First, to be honest he can come off a lil straightforward and not as friendly as some, but i admire that. I don't need a friend, I need a DR that knows his craft and that's going to keep me and my child safe. And he did just that. When noticed I was high risk he referred me to a specialist that discovered my issue and they both came up with a plan that potentially saved me and my child's life. He don't play with his patients. Arriving at the hospital for my scheduled c section he saw that I was still in the waiting room, he said, "oh no this is unacceptable." I saw him angrily speak to someone and in five mins we was in a room.  He makes myself and my partner feel extremely comfortable ALWAYS which is great after the horrible experience with the first Dr. He played Beyonce for me to ease my nerves and talked me through every step of my c section. What I appreciated was he came in the room immediately after to explain details and checked on me EVERYDAY.  The staff in his office is AWESOME.. they are all friendly and will work to make sure your needs are met. I should hve been wrote a review on him but it's his most recent actions that I appreciated the most. I experienced some really bad pelvic pain over the weekend and the hospital suggested I see an OB so I waited for him. His office was extremely booked and had no appointments. Once finding out that it was me and that i insisted on seeing him, he said he will come in earlier than his first patient to take me but I had to be on time. I appreciate his staff for calling me back and forth bc he wasn't even the office that day. Once there i didn't feel rushed, he did everything that needed to be done and as always made me feel comfortable and apologized as if he caused me pain! Lol. As with anyone, there may be things u don't like, whether it's the office staff, his demeanor, the wait.. but one thing I can say is, you will get the best care, a knowledgeable doctor, and good treatment. Anna Yatskar knows not only standard injection points, but she actually made a suggestion to spread my 40 units differently and I'm glad I took it, because result is amassing. Doctor not just knows all muscles groups but she can see how injections of different fillers will affect different faces of different age groups. I also asked Doctor about my nasolabial and chin folds and Anna suggested Bellafill, explained why it will be best for me among many other fillers available and showed me comprehensive video files which made my decision to proceed with these additional fillers right away! And again I'm very happy with result now - in one week!!
