And they won't return our calls at the designated times to discuss the bill. Do not do business with these people!! To add to the problem, the toilet was set wrong and the wax ring wasn't even close to where it should have been so our toilet was leaking down into our lobby area! And they charged for trip charges 4times in one day. They never left the property. How does that work?!!
