Quality of the repair is so far excellent and we've had a lot of hard rain since the work was done! The 3 roofers were considerate and professional and finished quickly, however, based on the arrival time set up the previous night, they were several hours late and we were not contacted. In addition, the quote included lumber supplies and repairs that they claimed were not needed so the job was finished in under 3 hours when we'd expected it would take a full day. The salesman refused to reduce my bill accordingly. So I ended up paying quite a bit more than I should have. Not cool. read more

The company and their representative, Nazar, were very available and communicated frequently through the sales process and leading up to the installation. A job that was supposed to take several days drug on for nearly a month. While most of the work was done in the first few days, getting it finished took several more weeks. Trying to reach Nazar was very difficult once the majority of the work was done. It took calling the main office to get a return call. Additionally, we were quoted a price for gutters. After the job ended, the company refused to honor the quote and would not install the gutters. For weeks, when you could reach Nazar, he kept promising they would be installed "next week." The final communication was that scaffolding would be installed and the job done. I learned two weeks after this promise the the manager of Siesta Roofing thought the quoted price was too low and "would have never honored it anyways." Nazar never mentioned his manager refused to honor the quote. Thus, you can't trust the quote provided by their sales team. It took from mid-December to February to finally get this honest answer from them. While the roof looks nice, the difficulty in getting it completed as well as other services promised, but undelivered, would lead me to choose another firm if I had to do it all over again. I interviewed (15) roofers before choosing this company. I live on Siesta Key in a (2) story 3,000 sq. ft roof. I'd received estimates with differentials of up to $35k. After meeting with (15) roofers, I was about to give-up and patch the roof. Then, I discovered Siesta Roofing. First impression: they answered the phone and spoke intelligently about their services. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable, courteous and directly answered my questions. Next a salesperson came to my home who was completely honest with me on all aspects of the job. So, I signed-up. Within a week, the Spanish tiles were removed by a special crew. I had ordered a burgundy metal roof with top-grade materials (withstanding up to 200 mph winds with a 50 year warranty), and my wind insurance premium has dropped by two-thirds. The color is perfect and matches the house better than the prior tiles. It looks fabulous! It's not the type of metal roof with wide slats on either side. It looks exactly like Spanish tile. I am writing as the roofing committee chairperson of a condominium association. We requested pricing and information from roofing contractors and received and evaluated 9 bids. Based on the professional presentation, emphasis on detail, and a competitive price, we selected Siesta Roofing to roof our 8 buildings. I believe my comments would apply if you are a single homeowner. Our satisfaction with the work performance could not be any higher. The workers worked long hours, sometimes 12 hours a day. They were respectful and very hard workers. There was a member of management on site every day to ensure a smooth workflow and quality work over the 5 weeks they worked. We had concerns about roofing nails and debris on our grounds. In this area, Siesta shined. They continually cleaned and ran magnets over our asphalt and grass, picking up every nail. Even now, a month since completion, we have found only 5 nails. Our grounds were pristine. Gutters were a concern also. While we accepted responsibility for damaged gutters, Siesta was so careful that there was no damage. Every gutter and every fastener or nail were in place. Exceptional work. In conclusion, every member of our Association was pleased with Siesta's work and the performance of their workers.
