Displays make way more sense now , they aren't just grimy clutter jammed together like before. The girls working there were also super friendly, welcoming, helpful, clean, didn't smell like BO and stale ash tray like prior employees, and they were knowledgeable about everything. Years ago it was a bunch of greasy smelly guys that were more interested in cringe bro gossip, hanging out, and texting than selling anything. The girl that worked there before had the personality and enthusiasm of a wet paper bag. What a huge difference! I just spent $180 on records and will go back in a week or 2 to buy more.

They spent 30 minutes looking at a handful of DVDs/games, gave me a figure without telling me which items they were going to take, and then tried to convince me my extras were worth trash value. This place is turning into a Goodwill. Never going back here again. Clean store though. Sad.

I've picked up some amazing quality stuff at very fair prices over the years and I'm almost always able to find something I don't have that I need to have (even though I own a few thousand records at this point) among the extensive inventory of used rock. Unlike the previous reviewer I find the prices more than reasonable on almost everything and the owner seems like a fun guy with a good sense of humor. Highly recommended and potentially worth the side-trip for anyone traveling between Pittsburgh and Cleveland.

You…read morecan find all the classic rock, blues and soul artists you'd expect, along with a small portion of new popular music. The jazz inventory could probably use some work, but I'm guessing there aren't too many customers stopping in looking for that genre. The man who runs it is fairly friendly and will certainly chat with you while you browse, but if I had any bit of advice for him it would be to lower the price of his records. A Muddy Waters pressing from the 1970s might be worth $10-15 if it is in near mint condition, but anything less than that doesn't warrant such a price tag. I know you have to make your money somehow, but I can't figure out who is constantly buying these records at these prices to keep the place in business. My visit wasn't a disappointment at all, I found some interesting additions to my collection while I was there, it just cost me more than it was worth. It's as cool as a vinyl shop can be, but it's not the first place I think to go when I was to buy more wax.

I found this extremely helpful, and he had quite a few of the things on my list in great shape. He even set the expectation up front that I could be picky. Turned out to be well worth my time! I wandered for a bit among the racks and found a few other titles I wasn't specifically looking for but couldn't pass up, all in the $6-15 range. The owner said he tried to avoid selling stuff in a condition he wouldn't want to play himself, and that seemed to hold for the sample set I pulled. I've known about this store for a long time, but I've only recently gotten into collecting vinyl. I really appreciate being able to check out condition before buying, so a brick and mortar store has a lot of value to me. Evaluate prices in that light. I've had quite a few so-so experiences with buying stuff sight unseen online. All in all, a good experience. I'll definitely be back!

I have not been in one of these in some time and was hoping to find the buried treasure I was in search of. I searched and searched for months for this movie and was coming to the realization that I was just never going to find it. After searching, alphabetically, I was able to finally see it, and at the price they had it at, it was finally coming home with me. I was in high spirits after finding a copy of the movie I was searching for I decided to tempt fate and see if they had the video game I was searching for as well. I thought I might have been getting my hopes up, but in the end, lightning struck twice. They had the video game I was searching for for months. And at a fair, much less price than big box stores. They were having a 30cent sale on all the $1 comics. He had a plan to go through as many boxes as possible to gather as many missing issues as possible. And we did pretty good. He was able to get over 200 comics for an amazing deal. We finished up a couple of series with issues he'd been looking for for a while. Inside is cramped when there are so many people taking advantage of the sales, but there are just an unbelievable number of comics here. Did I mention just how many there are? A Lot. And I just want to say thank you that they allowed us shoppers to use the rest room to wash hands and use the facilities. When you're there for almost 4 hours, that'd definitely a bonus.

This shop has row upon row of packed comic book sleeves, lovingly labeled and categorized by series. They pretty much have you covered from Gold to Silver age comic, as well as a wide range of modern issues. I was looking for some Silver Age Fantastic Four, and they did have some key issues in this area, but I felt some of there key issues were just bit overpriced compared to what I could find on EBay for a similar grade. However, some of their other Silver Age Fantastic Fours were tight in the sweet spot... or as Luke Cage would say, "Sweet Christmas!" The also offer some really good deals on Funko Pops, and I witnessed a blister game of Magic the Gathering being played in the shop. All of this underscores the fact that this comic book shop is a gem and should not be missed. The next time I'm in the area, I'm certain to stop in for my fix of all things comic book fandom.
