The team here is fantastic and their work - absolutely stellar. I needed huge decals for a new scoreboard for a local baseball team and sent over my designs to Chris and Jeanine. Their designer Andre was able to fix our design and make it clean and professional. For the size we needed and the time Vinyl Ink was able to produce it, the price was absolutely worth it. I would come back for their expert production and installation services. They go above and beyond with their customer service and it would be a pleasure to work with them again for future projects. We know this scoreboard will last for years and the entire Campbell Little League can't thank Vinyl Ink enough!!! read more

I personally do not write any reviews but I felt that Vinyl Ink needed my review to help others who may be considering their services. I decided to gift myself an itasha this holiday and began a custom design. The preferred installer from the designer was located in southern California and I did not want to drive my car to install the partial wrap. Jeanine and her team was very responsive and even provided quotes for different finishes. Her team was able to provide a mock up test print for color verification and provided suggestions during the measuring phase. They were able to walk me through where the wrap should start and end for the perfect installation. They were also open to providing progress photos! The overall cost was the lowest of all three installers I've talked through this entire process. Knowing that they've done vinyl work for so long, they can provide the best install! My car's been wrapped for a month and a half with no issues with the heat waves and rainy weather! read more

Vinyl Ink was amazing. My first time using their service. They did not disappoint. Everyone was professional and quick to respond. Tin and Jeanine helped me out a lot. The team was super flexible on times. I brought in my Supra (bought used) and I wanted to get PPF done. I can get a little OCD when it comes to new toys, but I could tell the PPF job done was top notch. The previous PPF done on the Supra had random cuts that were just a little lazy. Vinyl Ink's had the ppf all the way to the edge and even the splitter. So they definitely put time in for the job. The Supra's front end is not easy with the sharp lines and enormous hood. I am super happy with the PPF. It looks so good! And for the money it was definitely worth it. I cannot recommend Vinyl Ink enough. I would come back again anytime for their services. 10/5 stars read more

They did a great job on my Tesla Model 3. Jeanine was fantastic, very responsive and helpful. I got a full front paint protection install and then they wrapped the entire vehicle in 3M Frozen Vanilla which came out so amazing! Very happy with my experience at Vinyl Ink. Got a couple of my cars wrapped and they both came out really nice, and we did a chrome delete for my Mom's tesla. Jeanine was very helpful as well, and I got exactly what I wanted. The building, and rest of the staff is pretty cool too. read more

I am lucky enough to own a beautiful Tesla Model S. Although the factory dark gray color looked good, I wanted a change. My favorite colors have always been turquoise, teal, deep greens, and blues. I took my car to a Paint shop and asked them to give me a quote for the shade Key West or Tiffany blue with multi-colored flames. The price was shocking, and the shop really preferred not to work on Tesla's. Instead the shop suggested I get a wrap. I had never heard of such a thing. After looking at exotic cars with wraps, and visiting a few shops that talked about how busy they were and didn't seem to be interested in my business, I came across Vinyl Ink in Fremont. Right from the moment I walked in the door, Jeanine was completely customer focused, kind, informative, & made the whole experience absolutely easy. She showed me colors, samples of their work, patiently answered questions and just put me at complete ease. No sales pressure at all. The terrific Amanda Johnson was my designer. I sent her pictures, and diagrams, we corresponded A Lot, & she stayed right on top of everything, and made me feel like I was her #1 Priority. We managed to compile quite the vision making my car a Standout for sure, but also Stop in Your Tracks Eye Catcher, and a treasured show piece. So many compliments from complete strangers and lots of picture taking as well. Thank you Vinyl Ink for making my vision a reality. read more

I became a customer of Vinyl Ink in 2014 and I am pleased to say I'm still a highly satisfied customer in 2021. They wrapped two of my cars, including the white matte E46 M3 you see on their website! I'm happy to say that after almost 7 years, with great care and the protection of indoor parking, the wrap on my M3 still looks fresh. On my other car (Mini Cooper), Vinyl Ink wrapped the roof and side mirrors in 2016 to give it a custom touch. I only have room in the garage for one car so the Mini is exposed to the elements 24/7/365. That wrap lasted 5+ years, which is longer than expected. When it finally gave out, I called up Vinyl Ink right away and Jeanine gave me a very reasonable estimate to remove the old wrap and reinstall a shiny new version. There are a lot of choices in the Bay Area but go with the quality, professionalism, and responsiveness of Vinyl Ink. read more

I came here back in 2016 to get white vinyl racing stripes on my blue Mustang GT and they did a really good job! It's been 1.5 years since and the vinyl is still white - no discoloration and the stripes are still holding strong. It's September 2018. Stripes still look just as sexy as the day they were installed! I do keep my car garaged, but the vinyl is still holding up great! It's been 2.5 years now. At this point I'm running an experiment to see how long they'll last. I know vinyl isn't permanent but I am impressed with them. When the vinyl does eventually start to go, I'll bring it back here again for more stripes! New picture to upload as well from this year (2018) on Mount Diablo. read more

Chris you have done it again! Glad I found you guys on yelp before looking into MAACO or some other vinyl shop. This was the easiest and most pleasant transaction I've ever had and that is saying a lot, considering it's auto related. There are a lot of shady people in this business but the guys at Vinyl Ink are truly honest. They were able to wrap my 2012 Challenger in matte purple metallic with a gloss laminate and it came out amazing, not only that but the price was the most reasonable compared with 3 other shops in the Bay Area. This shop is incredibly talented at what they do! I could not be happier with the Color Change Wrap they did on my 2022 Tesla Model S. Month's before I took delivery of the car, I reached out to the shop to begin a quote. Jeanine immediately responded with a detailed quote and overview of the work they would do. As Tesla tends to do, my delivery date got pushed back and back. To my surprise, some months later she reached out to me regarding a special they were running. She was awesome enough to honor that special several months after I initially inquired due to the delivery delay. Throughout the process she has been incredibly professional, responsive and polite. And I had a lot of emails/questions along the way! The wrap itself took 5 days, including another day for Ceramic Coating - just as she quoted. Everyone at the shop was courteous and very helpful. Shop itself is really cool! Super clean and accommodating with tons of beverages and candies. My daughter loved all the candy while we waited during our follow up appointment. The wrap itself came out awesome and is flawless. It truly looks like factory paint. I went with 3M Satin Dark Gray. Thank you to the whole team! read more

No they are not "the best in town" they are the best PERIOD!!! I have worked with them for my car wrap, business cards and sweatshirts and have plans to work with them on much much more. They are so creative, timely, friendly, thoughtful and the list goes on. Nearly every time I stop by Chris does a quick check on my wrap to make sure there are no problem areas, they gave me a nice gift (chocolate's) when I stopped by around Christmas. I can not speak highly enough about them. I have referred several people over the past year and they have all LOVED CHRIS AND THE VINYL INK TEAM. Oh and let me mention that my cards match my car wrap which is so awesome. I get compliments on my wrap every day by perfect strangers. They also love my cards. Vinyl ink also generates email information regarding your wrap etc. So periodically I get an informational email and I love that. It really shows that they care about their work and their clients. I use the word clients instead of customers on purpose because they make you feel like a client not a customer. THANK YOU TO CHRIS AND THE VINYL INK TEAM! Professional, timely, and excellent service. I got a full vehicle wrap done with Vinyl Ink and it came out beautifully. Lots of interest from potential customers already. What's even more impressive is that they stand by their work 100%. A case in point: During the design process, I was not told that the lettering on the back of my car would be decals (individually printed and pasted block letters), rather than printed directly on the vinyl itself. This concerned me because the letters could potentially get damaged by the rain and car washes, since the adhesive could wear out and start to peel off. When I told them my concerns, they offered to provide new decals on the house if they should ever fall off. Now that's standing by your products! Case #2: About 3 months into driving the newly wrapped car, a part on the front of the vehicle started de-laminating, causing dirt to get under it. When I called, they checked it out, printed a new panel to match the original background color, and rewrapped the area. They took 2 hours out of their busy day to do it solid. I think that's top shelf service. To be fair, I think these things can happen with any car wrap process. But what distinguishes Vinyl Ink is their level of after-service to make sure that you are satisfied. So if you are looking to get your car wrapped, I would go straight to Vinyl Ink. They are serious about what they do, and I know I'll be back in the future. read more

Awesome service from Chris and Jeanine! I was trying to find a place in the Bay Area that wraps cranial helmets and was so happy to find an old Yelp photo from Vinyl Ink showing a baby's helmet that was wrapped! I loved it and quickly got on the phone to see if my son's helmet could be done. From that first phone call inquiring about it, they have been nothing but great! They kindly asked that I check with my son's orthotist to see if it was okay for me to have his helmet wrapped and after getting that green light from the orthotist, I went in with a design in mind (they make custom designs). I envisioned a design from the UP Movie with aviator goggles and I wanted Mickey shaped balloons incorporated with the house. It took them 2 weeks to put my design into fruition and I loved it. They took all of my ideas into mind and created something that was more than I expected. For the design and installation, we paid $250. It was worth it, especially since tiny helmets are not the easiest to wrap. Overall, they take great pride in their work and it shows in the final product. They've made one little boy very happy! I highly recommend them for anything you need wrapped! read more

I called Vinyl Ink with an idea for a NASCAR themed wrap for a Lemons Rally. They asked for my rough idea and I provided a few pic for a reference. They killed it. I wasn't sure exactly what to expect honestly but when I rounded the turn and saw our car all done I knew I picked the right place to have the graphics done. Yeah I signed off on the digital rendering but their work was way way better than any rendering could show. The graphics are just temporary for the rally but I'm going to feel bad taking them off when the car goes back to daily duty.
