The pest control was average at best. BOTH of our contracts experienced continuing issues with various pests. 2. I do not care how long you have been in business. I do not care how you conduct your background checks, nor do I care where your employee went to college, or how long he has been with the company, or what his "earning potential" is as you stated, or what YOU think his reputation is worth. Absolutely none of this is relevant! 3. We waited to call because we DID NOT want to believe that my wife's ring was stolen, and spent endless hours over the weekend tearing apart our house over and over again! We were also dealing with a close family members death at the same time. Your offer to "help" by searching our home again was pointless. 4. I know for a fact that no one else was in the house during other hours of that day because our security cameras are equipped with motion sensors which take a snapshot in the event that somebody walks past the camera. No one was in our house after your technician left until the cleaning persons arrival later that afternoon. 5. I am WELL within my rights to post this review, and to have my suspicions regarding this situation. Based on these suspicions, and loss of trust, both Palmetto as well as our cleaning services have lost their respective contracts. The math is simple, two parties were in the house unattended, that leaves a 50/50 chance that one of them is guilty. 6. The fact that management/ownership has gone to this extent to try and discredit me, and endlessly defend/make excuses for their employee and company... Well that's says something about them, and I for one will do my part to steer people away this company.

We would highly recommend Scotts pest control to anyone looking to have their crawlspace encapsulated. we did our due diligence by getting estimates from 4 reputable companies. Scout's offered the best overall service and products, they removed the old 6 mil plastic vapor barrier and small debris and hauled it all away, raked and smoothed out the ground to provide the optimal surface for the vapor barrier, wrapped all of the piers with vapor barrier, installed "Bora-Foam" insulation board (termite repellenting) to the exterior foundation walls, proactively installed radon mitigation piping stubbed out and capped just above the vapor barrier and installed an "April Aire" dehumidifier (on its own dedicated electrical circuit) and it's so quiet we cannot hear it running from inside the house. They also did a proactive termite treatment around the entire foundation of the house. Kenny had a team 4 people working in the crawlspace a few days, other days 3 but not less than 2 all other days for almost 2 weeks. We are very happy with the work that they did.
