We've been using Walker Pest Management for a few years now and have always been very pleased with their service. We love that they will come back out for no charge if you're still having issues. They do such a good job that most times we don't even need them to come back out before our scheduled appointment. We have used Walker since moving to the area in April 2020. Our technician (Adam) always followed covid protection guidelines. I like that I'm emailed to set up appointments. If I need them to come back between service dates they do quickly at no additional cost. We added mosquito service. Both services we receive have been excellent and always professional. read more

Do not provide a warranty beyond 30 days and do not readily have availability for bed bug treatments for less than a week out. If you're being bit nightly, 2 weeks before treatment does not work and only guaranteeing your work for 30 days when an infestation will not be obvious for up to 3 months to a year. I was willing to pay for an extended warranty but none was offered. Also do not do chemical treatment in conjunction with heat, so if one gets missed, a new infestation is around the corner read more

We had a bee problem in one corner of our house. Walker Pest Management was accomodating to our schedule and prompt, courteous, and efficient. Our technician called when he was on his way and he kept us informed about what he was doing and why. I am very disappointed. They did not do a good job and did nothing to address my concerns. I had them come out several times for the same issue. Each time the techs seemed uneducated and did very little to help. The last time I expressed my concerns I was clear that I would cancel service if they didn't do something. The tech came out (after a few days) and only sprayed a little around the outside of the house and was only at my house for about five minutes. He never even came inside. He did nothing to address my concerns and when I emailed the office they did nothing either. I am very disappointed in this company. I live in a very nice upscale home that is very clean and had no issues prior to having them service my home. I feel they have caused more harm than good. They also damaged my countertops and when the tech tried to fix it he made it worse. read more

I would not recommend. I'm a recent paying customer with Walker Pest (2021) under their base level coverage. A tenant was seeing Asian Lady Beetles make their way into the home which Walker Pest was being paid to cover. After calling Walker Pest for help, they were unwilling to even come out and look at the property to give recommendations let alone an actual solution. They stated over the phone, there was nothing they could for Asian Lady Beetles. I called up Orkin the week after, after trying a few ineffective fixes on my end. Orkin's rep had ideas about how to handle the bugs and was happy to schedule an appointment to come out and see the property. Hopefully Orkin wasn't just blowing smoke read more

Our technician, Trisden, was able to give us some great guidance and was especially helpful for pairing the right service for our particular pest. Everything you've heard is 100% true and then some! I really liked the service techs who came out to my house. I even recommended them to my daughter. My issue is with the service department. More than once my appointment was moved from my scheduled time. It wasn't unusual for me to have the tech over 30 minutes late or to have to reschedule. This last time, I was offered another appointment that could be "locked in". It was explained that this meant the appointment wouldn't be moved. Well, when I have to change my work schedule to fit into my scheduled appointment, I really think that means I will have the tech there at that time! This last time, I was trying to find a time that wouldn't have me miss work again. I was told the tech had a family and therefore couldn't accommodate anytime after 5. I am sure that if Walker's responds at all, they will assert that they tried very hard to "work together to find a time that works". In reality, that was them telling me what times work for them and never once asking what times were good for me. Good customer service is usually apologizing for being late for the appointment. Apologizing again for a missed appointment. Then asking what time works for the customer and fitting into that time frame. While explaining this, I was told my contract would just be canceled. That I was being difficult and I should be more understanding of the tech's time. Yep. The customer should be more concerned with the company. The phrase "that's not how this works. That's not how any of this works" comes to mind. Now I am looking for a company that puts customers first, honors ALL scheduled appointments, and has more convenient hours. read more

I think I just met the best Pest Control company ever! Same day service, straight $30/month, no upfront fees for initial visit, and the tech was here for hours until he was able to outsmart every mouse and ant that might have been here to visit. He boarded up the entries with wire so they will never get back in, or not as easily anyway. They use safe products, and they are extremely courteous. We had a mouse chew up a water line to the dishwasher, and after a flood last night, we decided to call in the pros. I would highly recommend this great company to anyone! If I give this review no stars I would. This company did a HORRIBLE job last summer treating my yard for mosquitos. The technician did not spray properly and their customer service was terrible. They came twice last season and I thought I was done with them, but they insisted they have to come again because the agreement stated three times. I told them the service was so bad that I did not want them to come again. However, they are still making me pay the $49 because of the agreement. I would NEVER use this company again. Their customer service was terrible and the mosquito service NEVER worked. My family still could not enjoy the yard even after they came the day before. read more
