I've used Walker Pest myself and for a business I co-ran and they have always been punctual, kind and respectful on the phone and have always given me great rates. I rent my house out so they do quarterly treatments and everything has been great. Thanks WPM team for everything yall do. read more

I want to give a shout out to technician Tyler. When he comes out to regularly spray he is always friendly, professional, thorough and gets the job done quickly. read more

We've been using Walker Pest Management for a few years now and have always been very pleased with their service. We love that they will come back out for no charge if you're still having issues. They do such a good job that most times we don't even need them to come back out before our scheduled appointment. We just had them out a few days ago and their technician Ben was absolutely wonderful! He was very detailed and told us about an ant problem near our trash cans. He really took his time and at the end he explained everything to us in detail. We're very happy with their service! read more

I had a great experience with this company. Their technician, Chad, is professional and friendly. I will continue working with Walker. They do a wonderful job! read more

Chad is the guy to ask for. He does a great job. The best of the best. He comes in to do a job and gets it done.

We have been using Walker Pest Managment for four years and are extremely pleased with the service. The technicians are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. If you have any issues, they will return no charge to rectify the problem. The office reminds you monthly to schedule your treatment which is a great help. Highly recommend their services! read more

We have used Walker since moving to the area in April 2020. Our technician (Adam) always followed covid protection guidelines. I like that I'm emailed to set up appointments. If I need them to come back between service dates they do quickly at no additional cost. We added mosquito service. Both services we receive have been excellent and always professional. read more

Calvin was incredibly helpful. Provided great advice and performed a very thorough treatment for our wasp problem. Proposed and scheduled a follow up visit in 2 weeks. Outstanding service - professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Kudos! read more

Do not provide a warranty beyond 30 days and do not readily have availability for bed bug treatments for less than a week out. If you're being bit nightly, 2 weeks before treatment does not work and only guaranteeing your work for 30 days when an infestation will not be obvious for up to 3 months to a year. I was willing to pay for an extended warranty but none was offered. Also do not do chemical treatment in conjunction with heat, so if one gets missed, a new infestation is around the corner read more

We had a bee problem in one corner of our house. Walker Pest Management was accomodating to our schedule and prompt, courteous, and efficient. Our technician called when he was on his way and he kept us informed about what he was doing and why. It cost what they said it would and we will be using them when we have pest problems in the future. read more

I am very disappointed. They did not do a good job and did nothing to address my concerns. I had them come out several times for the same issue. Each time the techs seemed uneducated and did very little to help. The last time I expressed my concerns I was clear that I would cancel service if they didn't do something. The tech came out (after a few days) and only sprayed a little around the outside of the house and was only at my house for about five minutes. He never even came inside. He did nothing to address my concerns and when I emailed the office they did nothing either. I am very disappointed in this company. I live in a very nice upscale home that is very clean and had no issues prior to having them service my home. I feel they have caused more harm than good. They also damaged my countertops and when the tech tried to fix it he made it worse. read more

We just moved to South Carolina and needed to find a pest control service. Walker pest control is a family owned business and that really shined through with their high level of service. Our technicia's name is Wade, he was the consummate professional and made us feel very comfortable with our experience. We highly recommend this business to anyone if you have need of a pest control service. read more

I would not recommend. I'm a recent paying customer with Walker Pest (2021) under their base level coverage. A tenant was seeing Asian Lady Beetles make their way into the home which Walker Pest was being paid to cover. After calling Walker Pest for help, they were unwilling to even come out and look at the property to give recommendations let alone an actual solution. They stated over the phone, there was nothing they could for Asian Lady Beetles. I called up Orkin the week after, after trying a few ineffective fixes on my end. Orkin's rep had ideas about how to handle the bugs and was happy to schedule an appointment to come out and see the property. Hopefully Orkin wasn't just blowing smoke read more

I had to drive and walk down there personally to get them to come out to my damn house after requesting over and over again because of a wasp problem. STAY AWAY ! read more

This is probably my favorite pest control company in town. If you're going to splurge, on pest control this is the place to do it. Our technician, Trisden, was able to give us some great guidance and was especially helpful for pairing the right service for our particular pest. Everything you've heard is 100% true and then some! Obviously their effective pest control is the main event, and every time they come to my house it's top-notch --professional and punctual. Don't skip the mosquitoes service!! Walker Pest Managements service is out-of-this-world good, so save some room in your budget for this company! read more

After buying our first house, my husband and I contacted three different pest management companies to get quotes for a termite bond. Walker Pest stood out from the others in both communication and price. I emailed with one of the technicians who quoted our house, Louis, multiple times in regards to questions and clarifications. He responded very timely and his answers were helpful and polite. Based on this, I would highly recommend Walker Pest! read more

I really liked the service techs who came out to my house. I even recommended them to my daughter. My issue is with the service department. More than once my appointment was moved from my scheduled time. It wasn't unusual for me to have the tech over 30 minutes late or to have to reschedule. This last time, I was offered another appointment that could be "locked in". It was explained that this meant the appointment wouldn't be moved. Well, when I have to change my work schedule to fit into my scheduled appointment, I really think that means I will have the tech there at that time! This last time, I was trying to find a time that wouldn't have me miss work again. I was told the tech had a family and therefore couldn't accommodate anytime after 5. I am sure that if Walker's responds at all, they will assert that they tried very hard to "work together to find a time that works". In reality, that was them telling me what times work for them and never once asking what times were good for me. Good customer service is usually apologizing for being late for the appointment. Apologizing again for a missed appointment. Then asking what time works for the customer and fitting into that time frame. While explaining this, I was told my contract would just be canceled. That I was being difficult and I should be more understanding of the tech's time. Yep. The customer should be more concerned with the company. The phrase "that's not how this works. That's not how any of this works" comes to mind. Now I am looking for a company that puts customers first, honors ALL scheduled appointments, and has more convenient hours. read more

I think I just met the best Pest Control company ever! Same day service, straight $30/month, no upfront fees for initial visit, and the tech was here for hours until he was able to outsmart every mouse and ant that might have been here to visit. He boarded up the entries with wire so they will never get back in, or not as easily anyway. They use safe products, and they are extremely courteous. We had a mouse chew up a water line to the dishwasher, and after a flood last night, we decided to call in the pros. I would highly recommend this great company to anyone! Found them on Google, and so glad I called! read more

I switched from Terminix to Walker almost two years ago and I couldn't be happier. Our technician is fantastic: knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and friendly. If I ever see one bug between my scheduled visits, I call and they send someone back to re-spray without any issues. I highly recommend Walker Pest Management! read more

Caleb Walker is the best! He treated me like family the moment i first talked to him! A truly honest and trust-worthy company!

The exterminator was so nice and helpful! He passed along tips that would also help my bug problem. I would definitely reccomend this company. read more

If I give this review no stars I would. This company did a HORRIBLE job last summer treating my yard for mosquitos. The technician did not spray properly and their customer service was terrible. They came twice last season and I thought I was done with them, but they insisted they have to come again because the agreement stated three times. I told them the service was so bad that I did not want them to come again. However, they are still making me pay the $49 because of the agreement. I would NEVER use this company again. Their customer service was terrible and the mosquito service NEVER worked. My family still could not enjoy the yard even after they came the day before. read more

I have been a client of Walker Pest Management for the better part of 5 years now and am very pleased. I have my primary home, my office, my in-laws home, and am getting ready to have a new commercial structure treated by them. I honestly would not select another company. The organization is always polite, on time, and always addresses any potential pest issue I have at any facility. Each technician that has worked at my properties is very knowledgeable and does a through job on each visit. I would highly recommend and have referred Walker Pest Management to several friends - all of whom have the same raving reviews! So, if you are looking for a great pest control services company with outstanding employees, then give these folks a call - you will not be disappointed! read more
