We felt like idiots but can highly recommend the responses from 2 companies who both helped us ID the issue on-site. Communication and followup with the office and scheduler was excellent and they had availability next day to come inspect, unlike 2 others we called. The inspector arrived when expected (texting to keep us updated on arrival time) and was professional, well-informed, and thorough. Even came with shoe protectors to keep floors clean after poking around. He somehow managed to keep a straight face and remain cheerful and compassionate when it turned out to be a false alarm. Pointed out some roof / attic repairs that may be needed, unrelated to wildlife. We learned about PCA through Reddit, from others who actually had wildlife and gave them high marks for removal. So, though we didn't up needing their removal services, I'd call them again if we DID have that problem. I've found that professionalism from the start is a good omen.

He did a thorough check upstairs in the attic area. No evidence of squirrels but it was a relief to know they had not gotten inside. I would recommend Critter Ridder for any issues with pesky animals that can cause damage to your home.

Never sealed the house, said they couldn't find where they were coming in. (It was the places light was clearly coming into the attic, I took care of it.) They left a bunch of trash in my attic on top of the damaged insulation they were supposed to replace, left with animals actively in my house, and did some bad flashing work that made my roof leak. When I asked them to honor their warranty, they told me they considered their job done. They ripped me off for over a thousand dollars, don't deal with Rusty.

I am giving Rocket Pest a 1 Star review. We hired them to come out to our newly purchased house to…read moretake care of a roach issue. They came out cleaned all the webs from around the house sprayed the outside and inside for bugs and laid poison for the roaches. Didn't quite work the first time and we requested they come out again ( they came out for free), they came out with in days of calling and laid another round of spray and poison down; within a week we had no sighting of bugs in the house , GREAT! Now a month or so later we see a mouse in the garage at first, and after a day or so find evidence of them in our kitchen ; oh boy we gotta get this handled. We were scheduled for pest control to come out for the 3 month service so we waited for our regular guy, he showed up. We informed him of our issue and he said he would have to schedule someone else to come out, we said okay. Two days later another gentleman shows up. He walks around the outside of the house in 4 minutes comes in and looks around the kitchen and walks back to his truck. Then comes back in and hands us a quote of $2400 to change our crawl space foundation vents and extermination because one of them has a small tear in the screen on the bottom. I couldn't believe my ears. Not only does this guy show up and spend a total of 5 minutes "inspecting" in which he has no clue in what he was doing , he then has the audacity to hand a $2400 quote over to me for some foundation crawl space vents we don't even need!!!!! If this clueless salesman would have taken even 10 seconds to look in our crawl space through the door ( undue the latch and swing the door open) he would have seen it is freshly and fully encapsulated from the ceiling to the floor and surround in which the house would not even need the quantity of 10 automatic $35 foundation vents. FYI an encapsulated foundation with humidifier does not need venting. After hearing how Rocket Pest Control was trying to screw us over with a punk salesman on something that we didn't even need in addition to not even being able to treat the problem without charging us an additional charge, we were done. After he left we immediately called to cancel our service with them with a $100 cancellation fee just to bend ya over a little bit more. Every day for 10 days after we canceled our service, we continued to get emails trying to get us to sign and pay for the $2400 job. I am including pictures so you yourself can read through the documents ( look at the service price , Notes, extra monthly fees, and NO GUARANTEE disclaimer), they do great for standard roaches, ants, and spiders but hurt your wallet for no good reason other than to benefit themselves, GOOD LUCK. Ps we were able to get rid of the mice with glue traps and poison.
