The professionalism, honesty, care, attention to detail, taking the time to explain things as needed in a manner that I felt like I was talking to family and not talked down to will have me calling Bob for any other future projects of ours! It was always easy to get in touch with Bob and receive an update which having such an open means of communication made such a stressful time for us so much less of a worry. We want to thank you for taking the time to work on and complete the third-party construction appraisal for us after having water damage to our home. We know that this is beyond the normal scope of work for not only you but pretty much everyone in the area. We had called several people and no one was willing to take the time to hear us out and find a way to work through this with us. You took the extra time that was needed for this and treating our situation with as much care and attention to detail as any other project of yours. Unfortunately, the insurance process is long and time consuming, and even though it ended up being more work than expected, the original quote was honored. As you know we have been fighting the insurance company for over 1.5 years and your appraisal helped to close the significant gap of almost over $100,000 between their first quote and final quote! We cannot thank you enough.
