Unfortunately, no one checked on our table during the meal to see how everything was. When staff eventually came to clear our plates, we informed them that the chicken was undercooked. It was obvious that neither of us had eaten more than a few bites. Rather than offering to cook the chicken properly, replace the meal, provide an alternative, or at the very least remove it from the bill, we felt as though we were being interrogated as if we had made the issue up. We were told they had never received a complaint about their chicken before. That may very well be true, and perhaps ours was the first undercooked chicken they served. However, that does not change the fact that we were charged full price for meals we could not eat. What disappointed us most was not simply the undercooked chicken, but the complete lack of customer service in addressing the problem. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant; how those mistakes are handled is what leaves a lasting impression. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling dismissed and undervalued as customers.

The service is not bad in general, and our server checked in with us from time to time. The patio is excellent though and with plenty of tables under the shade.
