Sure, it was a little busy, but I was there for over 15 minutes browsing, until literally the entire crowd was gone, Then guess what? All the associates disappeared until only one associate remained. She decided it was better to check out her phone instead of acknowledge or help me. I was the only customer in there now! They were super nice to everyone but me. I didn't say a word to anyone until interrupting that girl on her phone. So I keep wondering why they ignored me. Perhaps I should've just talked to the manager instead of writing this review. Things that made me different that day: I wasn't dressed up, my hair wasn't done, and I wasn't white. Remember the movie "Pretty Woman"? It was like that!

Every one there was super sweet friendly and held conversations while also trying to help you find what you were looking for without trying to necessarily sell you items. (They wanted you to buy what you wanted/felt good in not just anything) 3. Willing to walk you around to help you find what you were looking for. 4. Helped answers questions without feeling like we were a bother. Explained in good detail to help me get a good idea of what I was getting into. 5. They were great at multi-tasking. 6. Equally friendly and serving to others in the store. 7. Most importantly the clothes are NOT hand wash only. I'm sick of finding cute clothing shops that are hand wash only. 8. The clothing was set at a decent price. Some super affordable while others I would call in the middle. Nothing that I found was over $100 or really over $70. It looked like good quality, or at least what you're paying for. I wish I remembered everyone's name. Mallorie stuck out, but there was another girl who was working the front (she helped me location some of my now favorite hats). I feel like although I am not a fan of the Gulch I wouldn't mind coming back here to buy clothes. I only bought simple items: three hats, a much needed Diet Coke sticker, and an extremely cute cardigan. Update: ***Mariah was the other sweet gal that assisted me on 8/26. And additionally when I. And back today (8/27) to buy my friend a matching hat I received the exact same service. Alli the assistant manager was equally friendly and helpful, as well as made me feel like we'd been friends for a while. Based on back to back great experiences I do look forward to coming back to purchasing a new wardrobe or even a few pieces.

Last year, I got a permanent bracelet and had a few rings made from their permanent jewelry scraps. A full year later, after wearing them every single day, they still look absolutely beautiful. I get compliments on the rings all the time, and the quality has truly exceeded my expectations. When I came back this year, the team was incredibly accommodating. They removed my permanent bracelet and added a clasp so I could continue wearing the same beautiful piece while having the flexibility to take it on and off whenever I want. It was the perfect solution, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. While I was there, I couldn't resist picking up a few more bracelets too! Beyond the gorgeous jewelry, it's the people who make this place so special. Every staff member is genuinely kind, welcoming, and takes the time to make the experience feel personal. You can tell they truly care about their customers and the craftsmanship behind every piece. If you're in Nashville and considering permanent jewelry, don't hesitate. The quality, service, and overall experience are exceptional. I can't recommend From Nashville With Love enough, and I'll definitely be back every time I'm in town.

No greeting from the proprietors, though I greeted them. They did agree to go through some items I brought with me, even though the process is usually to make an appointment. Sighing, they deigned to take a look at my clothes. I thanked them for reviewing my items without an appointment. Sorry to interrupt your convo, there was literally only one other person in the store, so I figured you'd have time. The signage around the store is pretty clear, so the dress I chose to try on I knew I would not get store credit for. When I dared to ask if I can try the dress on, they both quickly and sullenly let me know that that dress could not be bought on store credit. Cool, I can read. I merely wanted to try it on, and wasn't going to demand they let me use store credit. I have wracked my brain to every instance I have been in this store, to try to figure out why these two treat me like the garbage on their shoes. These two women had been super icy to me in the past - yes, I have been a customer there more than once - but today was the worst. Not only were they so icy today, it was almost hostile, the difference between the way they treated me, and the way they nicely interacted with both the woman who was checking out when I got there, and the woman who was shopping when I was checking out was glaring. You can keep your rip off level store credit - I will not be returning to your shop. You are not the only plus sized resale game in town. Surely, some others will be at least professional and kind. I do NOT recommend this store to anyone, the mean girls running it do not deserve your business. Fellow plus sized ladies, do yourselves a favor and look elswhere. I can only hope that karma comes around for them sooner than later

This place does not disappoint! There was a great selection of lots of different types of clothing, from formal dresses to workout sets to outerwear. There were brands I knew, like Eloquii, Ava & Viv, and Torrid, plus some I didn't know yet. My greatest surprise and delight happened in the fitting rooms, which are both equipped with fans!! This is clearly a space imagined by fat people for fat people (if you know, you know). I can't wait to see how the collection of clothing evolves once they start buying from the community next week. Even though the location is a little bit out of the way for me, this will definitely be a regular stop because it fills a niche that literally didn't exist in Nashville. I love that I'll be able to try clothes on in person instead of relying totally on online shopping and the sad in-store plus options offered at many big box retailers.

For the lasses who love labels and covet designer denim, there was only Moda standing strong next to Frothy Monkey for quite some time but now this strip is lined with fashion forward options that include Leona, Judith Bright, White's Mercantile, The Label, and much more - with Emerson Grace being the newest kid on the block. Nestled in the shopping center as Jeni's Ice Creams, Cadeau, and Josephine, this fashion boutique caters to both Men + Women who seek designer duds and accessories. I could sense immediately that the sister store is based out of Los Angeles due to the hint of West Coast vibe and contemporary brands such as Current Elliott, Rag & Bone, A.L.C. Kelly Wearstler, Sanctuary, and more. I also admire that they also support local when I was greeted by a table of handbags made by local maker as soon as I walked in. They also recently hosted a trunk show for Nashville designers Jamie and the Jones too. While prices aren't for the budget-y babes, you can still scour a sale rack (in the back) for some deeply discounted pieces. When I was in last weekend, this single rack had pieces marked 60% off the original price. I was able to also score a fabulous Kelly Wearstler ring for only $45 when the sales associate assisted me at the jewelry cases. I had already decided to purchase a fun little necklace for $50 and then she showed me a tray full of their sale jewelry too. I couldn't say no! Service was solid and the staff were friendly. I was on a time crunch so I wasn't able to explore the Men's section but I bet that many fellas will be happy to know that the store was pretty evenly split with male and female merchandise. There were some great shoe options in the back along with some sleepwear and accessories throughout. I fancied a few of the scarves that were on display. I was most impressed with their extensive jewelry selection that encased the cashwrap area in the middle of the store. I'll definitely be back sooner than later!
