I have been to this office many times, and it's a pleasant visit every single time! From the friendly receptionists at the front counter to the friendly, yet professional independent agents in every office, this place delivers a world class experience every time. They have a nice spacious lobby with comfortable couches, and a beautifully decorated conference room with space for 30+ people, complete with wet bar. They also have two smaller conference rooms right across from the front desk with wonderful views over S. Virginia Street, making more intimate discussions enjoyable. Sometimes, they also have cookies sitting out on the front desk - they had red velvet white chocolate chip when I took one, because it was absolutely irresistible. Moreover, the agents are well experienced agents who have been successful in business, so you never have to worry about who you're dealing with for your real estate needs. If you need a referral for an incidental need, they have connections to the best. Overall, a pleasant experience every time I visit, giving this office five stars.

I cannot say enough nice things about Lyon's Property and their wonderful family…read more I have been a tenant with them for 2+ years and have enjoyed living at their apartment complex tremendously. They are caring, concerned people who genuinely appreciate and care for all of their tenants. They do have rules, which they outline when you sign your lease, and just like any other business if you break the rules there are consequences. It's only fair and right. I have never had a complaint about living at their property or with them as my landlords at all. They are respectful and reasonable people. What I have always appreciated the most is that if I need anything repaired they have it taken care of by the end of that day. Or if I need to discuss any business with them they are more than willing to listen and work with me. That alone shows me how much they care about their tenants. I have always felt safe in the area and have never once felt uncomfortable with the location. It is ideally located and in the heart of midtown within walking distance to everything. That alone makes it worth the price, which is the most reasonable in the area I might add. I will be sad for the day whenever and if ever I leave their property and could not recommend them or their property more to anyone

It seems because of that, I did not fit into Lyons management idea of a good tenet or neighbor.
