I never write reviews, but I felt in this case it was necessary. I bought a pair of shoes there on…read moreFriday, and after my daughter wore them less than an hour the shoes starting cutting into her feet (almost made her foot bleed). When I took the shoes back Saturday (24 hours later), I was told they couldn't help me because the shoes had been worn. When I told them about the shoes cutting into my daughter foot the response I got from the employee was "Well you should of bought bigger shoes". The amount of disrespect I got from that place is astonishing. When you tell a children's store that one of their products are cutting feet, you expect a different answer or maybe even an "I'm so sorry". Don't, and I repeat DONT waste your time or money there. What a sad excuse for an upscale retail store. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I come to this store often to see if there are any new arrivals as I love the clothes for my son…read more Unfortunately, every time I come the ladies working are not very friendly and often times never speak and just stare. It makes it a bit awkward to shop. I keep coming anyway because again I love the clothes. I'm considering not coming any longer after this weekends unpleasant experience. The ladies were talking in a group where I couldn't get around to look at the Christmas pajamas. I stood there for a second making it obvious I was waiting to step around. Eventually I just said ok and walked away. None of them cared.

In general, this is my go-to happy place. I come here often, whether I'm running errands, meeting a…read morefriend for coffee, or just wanting to enjoy some fresh air and a change of scenery. The mix of shops is fantastic, with a great balance of familiar favorites and more unique boutiques. I stop into a few stores regularly, but what I really love is that it's not just about shopping. It's the atmosphere: open, clean, and beautifully maintained. Whether I'm grabbing an ice cream, wandering with a coffee, or just finding a shady bench to sit and catch up on work with my laptop, it always feels like a mini escape. There are several fantastic restaurants throughout the square as well. We dine at them on a regular basis, or grab a quick bite when on a mission running errands. (see my other reviews for those) During the holidays, they go all out with the decorations, and winter is especially magical when the ice rink goes up. I've never actually skated on it due to rain or the crowds, but I love watching families have fun on it, and it makes me smile. Parking can get a little tricky on weekends or during events, but it's manageable, and honestly, I never mind walking a bit when the weather's nice. The area feels safe, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. Check the calendar though because they always have events throughout the year, and some of them are amazing.
