I have had a number od procedures handled by the team here and it is always an excellent experience. Manny is super qualified and efficient.

I recently had a crown done at Vineyard Dental in Santa Rosa, and honestly, it was such a smooth and positive experience. From the moment I walked in, Brandy made me feel welcome with a simple "hello Mike" and a smile. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole visit feel easy and stress-free. Dr. Reza Saeidi and Manny were awesome; they really took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The crown procedure went way better than I expected, and the result looks and feels totally natural. You'd never know it wasn't my original tooth! The office is clean, modern, and has a really calming boutique vibe. You can tell they care about their patients and take pride in what they do. I'm actually looking forward to going back (which I never thought I'd say about the dentist!). If you're looking for a great dental team that's professional, kind, and easy to work with, I definitely recommend Vineyard Dental. read more

I cannot recommend this group enough. I am a big chicken and have had phobia of going to the dentist for years until I happened upon this group due to a dental emergency on accident ....again from Not going to dentist regularly. Since then I have returned to start taking better care of myself and am not disappointed. not only is Dr. Saeidi extremely gentle and understanding his entire staff is so nice and makes me feel so much at ease. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dental group read more

I love it here. I mean overall I'm terrified but that has nothing to do with this dentist all my dental teams is in the past. I actually started going here 13 years ago bc they are known for being good with patient with the dental anxiety and I must say they definitely are good with anxiety and fear. Not only is the dentist great his assistants are amazing as well. Also there's now a cute fluffy dog in the office. I have anxiety just going in for a cleaning but seeing a cute happy dog made my anxiety a lot less intense. read more

I love Vineyard dental! I had trepidation finding a new dentist after moving to the area 2 years ago. I loved my previous dentists and as someone with sensitive, I don't want to see just anyone. I am so glad I chose to become a patient at Vineyard dental. From the front desk staff, to the hygienists, to Dr. Reza himself, everyone is friendly, warm, and consummate professionals. Dr. Reza has great rapport. At my initial appointment, he listened carefully to my concerns and provided a comprehensive review of my overall dental health and things I could do at home to address my sensitive tooth. They even have this super cool imaging device that produces an 3D image of your skull, so you can see how the oral cavity compares with the rest of your head. I also discovered that Dr. Reza is very keen on holistic healthcare and is a proponent of a healthy lifestyle as a means of better dental and overall health. It's rare to find a dentist who ventures beyond the mouth. The hygenists were very gentle knowing that it had been a couple years since my last cleaning. And the ladies at the reception desk are delightful. I've recommended them to several others. I highly recommend them! read more

Highly recommended. I go to Dr. Saeidi from San Francisco and toTally worth the drive, because I really trust him. He is not after making money. He really cares about my teeth. My last doctor in San Francisco told me to remove my teeth a year ago but since Dr. Saeidi is a caring dentist, he's been maintaining and watching it for a year instead of removving and killing my tooth! This is a place if you care about the great service. read more

Dr Saeidi and his staff are excellent. Vineyard dental is a calm, safe, and comfortable environment. Taking the necessary Covid19 requirements for their safety and ours. They take the time to make you feel like more than just a patient, but a priority. Appointments smooth and on time. My boyfriend is a patient here as well and even left with free whitening! read more

Dr. Saeidi and team did a great job today handling my 15yo daughters needs. It was a scheduled appointment for several cavities. Talk about a girl who doesn't like a dental chair but I think being at Vineyard Dental made the difference. Really nice folks and the front desk person Kelly really helped my daughter feel comfortable coming in. Thanks everyone. read more

I have been a patient for many years at Vineyard Dental, watching it change ownership over time. I have had good experiences since Dr. Saeidi assumed ownership, which was confirmed again by my visit yesterday. My experience - a crown replacement - was excellent. The crown feels like it was always there (just a tiny bit of gum sensitivity, which was expected). The atmosphere in Dr. Saeidi's dentistry is comfortable and the people working there are courteous and professional. The Hawaiian music added as background to my procedure was an added plus. read more

I am pleased to announce vineyard Dental understands and embraces sound confidential protocol in their office documents now. This moves them from three stars to the five they so richly deserve. Kudos to Manny, resident RDH who is both adept at scraping plack while discussing nanodentisry decades in the future. Fascinating. Feel free to visit them for they have on premise a ceric milling station and crowns are the new way to thwart tooth decay. read more

I usually struggle at the dentist, anxiety and panic instantly set in for me when I walk in the door. Not here something about how they interact with patients made it more than tolerable. And they did such a great job cleaning my teeth like no one has before!!! They are very knowledgeable and personable I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist read more

I have gone to Vineyard Dental Group only since Dr. Saeidi has taken over the business. Like all of the reviewers since then, my experience has been exceptional. Dr .Saeidi knows his stuff, but unlike some dentists, still takes the time to be polite, answer questions, etc. I think that personal contact is missing in many offices these days. I have had regular 6-month visits for a few years and now with his orthodontics (Sure Smile) for about 6 months, which have been great. Always able to get an appointment when needed (sometimes they have offered weekend options). read more

I went in for an initial exam and cleaning. The staff members were very friendly, immediately started conversation, calmed my dentist anxiety, and did great work. The first appointment took about two hours for the exam, x-rays, and cleaning so plan accordingly. I will absolutely go back on a regular basis. read more

I just wandered back on this Yelp page and was shocked at some of the reviews. Suggest you read anything negative carefully and come to your own conclusion. No, I don't work there nor have any financial ties, just care about fundamental fairness. This dental care provider is top notch. They deserve the high ratings that are their standard. read more

Just got home from my appointment and really wanted to share how great these guys are! Nicest, happy group of people who work so well with each other and even more importantly how well they work with you. I really appreciated how Dr. Saeidi explained, and suggested but said repeatedly that he wants to do what was most important to me. I have been to alot of dentists and can tell you that this guys are the greatest I have seen. Keep up the fantastic work Vineyard Dental Group! read more

Started on a new contract in a new city necessitating finding a new dentist. This group ROCKS! From the front desk receptionist, the hygienist and the dentist. Excellent experience; they listened and treated me gently and respectfully. The office is serene and clean. They even have awesome hot tea available. Happy and now with clean, shiny teeth! read more

This is a very mixed review. But I can say without a doubt, Dr. Burrell is the best dentist I have ever been to! He is so kind, caring, compassionate and has gentle hands. I have horrible teeth and always dread going to the dentist, but I don't have quite as much anxiety when I see Dr. Burrell. He seems to still enjoy his job and when he works on your teeth you feel like he really is trying to make it a good experience. He is very personal and has great bedside manners, so to speak. Five stars!!!! Now the bad review. I had a root canal done in the office by Dr. Levine, and he is the worst dentist I have ever experienced. He has no personality, didn't even greet me, just sat down and went to work. He was ridiculously rough and I felt like he did not care at all about my comfort. He was smashing my eyeball as he worked in my mouth, leverage his palm against it. Than he would smash my lip with one of the instruments as he drilled, I was sure I would have a split lip when he was done. It was more like he was working on a car, and not a person. He is a dentist I would never go back to, ever. Kathy, who does the teeth cleaning, she is the best. She is so much fun, great personality, and really wants you to be comfortable. She is very good at what she does, 5 stars all the way. Dr Francis is my daughters dentist, and he also seems great. She really likes him and has never had a problem. Basically it's a great office if they can get rid of Dr. Levine. Get your root canal done somewhere else. read more

This place is a god send, no really, if you're anything like me and HATE going to the dentist; whether you had a bad experience or a number of bad experiences then your really going to love this place. Almost zero pain, prompt care, and very technologically advanced. Let me start out after reading a few reviews that Vineyard Dental does not prescribe medication for pain. They would rather numb you up and fix the problem instead of sending you out the door with dental issues and a prescription (Seems like we had some drug seekers posting reviews which is truly unfortunate) as it affects the reputation of this practice. I began going to Vineyard Dental Group back when Dr. Andersen was running things. Many hospital employees I work with recommended his practice and I trusted their judgement. Dr. Andersen was a good man, military veteran, a great dentist, and ran an excellent practice. Especially for a pain sensitive types like me because I have horrible teeth. Dr. Andersen is no longer in the picture and the new dentist Dr. Groff just as good so excellence and quality didn't miss a beat which is huge and kept me coming back (I was concerned when I heard Dr. Andersen left. But Dr. Groff is excellent within his own right). I recently moved to Oregon and I have to find a new dentist. Which is unfortunate because finding another practice like Vineyard Dental is hard to find. If your on the fence, don't be, these folks are awesome. read more

My husband has been seeing Dr. Anderson for several years. Since he is no longer practicing there he will be seeing the new doctor and is looking forward to it. I went a few months ago for a teeth whitening treatment. I thought the staff were friendly and professional. I enjoy the atmosphere it seems to be calming, especially for people that might be fearful of dentistry. Looking forward to having future visits at Vineyard dental group. I have been seeing the same dentist for about 15 years, and decided to go to vineyard dental group recently., at my husbands I highly recommend Vineyard Dental Group! read more

Vineyard Dental Group - General Dentistry Near Me - Santa Rosa, California

I used to be a patient of Dr. Saeidi when he was practicing at Novato Smiles. He is the best dentist I have EVER encountered, so of course I followed him to Vineyard Dental. He took me on as a new patient a couple of years ago while having extreme dental problems. Cavities, root canals, cerec crowns, bridges, extractions, posts, etc. You name it, I've had it. He makes you feel comfortable about the process. He actually LISTENS to his patients. You're not just a number to him. His staff is extremely professional and friendly...they are personable and fun, every single one of them. They accept most insurances and have CareCredit as an option, if you can't pay for all your dental needs. Very versatile and kick-ass office. Give Saeidi a shot...if you regret it, you can hold me personally responsible! read more

Dr. Saeidi and his team are absolutely wonderful! The dental hygienists do a thorough and professional job of cleaning your teeth and answering any questions. I get major anxiety at the dentist due to my sensitive teeth, but Dr. Saeidi always makes sure I am comfortable during my visit and happy with the outcome. He is efficient and friendly. He checks in with his patients throughout their procedure to ensure they don't feel any pain. I've been coming here for a few years now, but am really impressed by the changes Dr. Saeidi has made since he took over. It's such a relief to have found a dentist like him. I highly recommend Vineyard Dental! read more

It was only 29 hours before I was leaving on a long vacation when I tripped over my dog and broke off 3 of my front teeth. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to go, but Reza and Manny came to my rescue. Within a matter of hours, they created my new permanent crowns that are beautiful. Not only are they excellent at their work, their kindness and compassion are heart-warming. They reassured me that they could indeed rearrange their whole day to take care of my emergency. Amanda and Kelly in the office are wonderful as well. I highly recommend this practice and am so grateful to them for their fine work and their excellent care. read more

I came back to Vineyard Dental because their staff is wonderful. I felt very taken care of from their front office staff to their dental assistants and hygienist staff. The Dentist I saw at the end of my visit was Dr. Saeidi. He was forthright and honest and reassured me. I got full X-rays, a cleaning and exam my first visit with new insurance. I will definitely come back because I felt right at home with this great staff!!! read more

Honestly I don't think this experience could have gone much better then it did! From the moment I stepped through the front door until the time I left I was treated kindly and with respect. Catherine, Dr Saeidi and the entire team were hundred percent professionals committed to helping me. Coming from a very traumatic experience at another dentist office I am happy I chose this place. Thank you Dr Saeidi for being very patient and for listening to all my concerns. I highly recommend this place for any one who's looking for a caring dentist who definitely knows what he's doing. read more

I lost everything in the Tubbs fire and was desperately in need of a replacement mouth guard for my grinding. Kelly contacted me on Facebook to let me know that Vineyard could help me, and she was able to make the arrangements for me to get a top of the line mouth guard for no charge! So thankful for them and A+++ in my book! read more

I admit I had been neglecting my dental health for a few years, due to other health and personal issues I was going through. I also have a bit of dental anxiety. It is also been really difficult to find a dentist I liked and was comfortable with. I have worked in the dental field for 20 years and this is the first time I actually liked a dentist when I met him, it is usually just the support staff that goes out of their way to make patients feel comfortable. When I met Doctor Reza he joked with me a little which made me feel more at ease, most of the dentist I have met or worked with did not have much of a sense of humor. They accommodated my schedule and made it possible to get all of my work done in one day. Now that I have found an office I am not nervous to go to it will be so much easier to keep up on cleanings. This is the first practice I would actually feel good about recommending to friends and family. Working in the dental field for so long I am constantly asked for recommendations, now I can finally feel comfortable sending people here. Thank you! read more

Front office is great but Dr Anderson lacks any and all compassion for the patient. I have never had such a painful experience in all my years of going to the dentist. I am not someone who generally complains but after getting back to work and having a client GUESS who my dentist is by my description of the treatment I received, I knew I had to say something. If you read this Dr Anderson, just know your lack of empathy and personality is apparently well known. We may be just a dollar sign to you but the pain you inflict is real and you should really take some time to reflect upon the reasons you chose to be a dentist in the first place read more

The dental hygienists and assistants are always great here. But Dr. Anderson is cold, and doesn't seem to care one ounce about my actual dental health. He spends all of about about 2 minutes (if that, and I am not exaggerating) on the exam. As a person who now pays cash (I moved over to Kaiser), when they tell you it's $60 for the dentist to examine you, and he barely does that, it's a bit insulting. I've been a patient for nearly 8 years now, and when I first joined, it was Dr. Francis who owned the practice, and I was very happy. Ever since Dr. Anderson took over, though, I have always felt like he couldn't care less about me as a patient. I'm not really sure why I've stayed, but at this point I'm ready to move on. read more

I used to go to Vineyard dental when it was Dr Francis... He was great! This new guy Dr Anderson has yet taken over the practice. He is very expensive and to me not worth it- not friendly and you feel like he is trying to take advantage of you. I just paid $284 for a mouth guard and he didn't even come in to check it to see if it was fitting ok- the assistant did. Turn em and burn me is his mentality! If you want mediocre service and to pay out the wazoo by all means see Dr Anderson... I however will be taking my precious teeth to a more deserving and affordable dentist! Also- they get you on the teeth bleach deal with a cleaning... Cheaper if you do it the same day as your cleaning. Be warned- it's not a lasting bleaching! Use crest white strips and go somewhere else. I've bleached my teeth many time and noticed little to no difference when I paid the $99 and got them bleached here! Rip off once again. read more

The most un-organized office I have been too. My hygienist was nice but i can't judge her by her work because she never got to clean my teeth. The reception area is a mess which is why, when I took TWO HOURS off work to get an exam and teeth cleaning, they had only put me down for an exam. Why would I waste my twice a year exam/cleaning visit for just a 15 minuet exam. I was told that the person who scheduled my appointment did this often and since then they have been fired. Still I will NOT be coming back. I had them email my xrays to me and I will take them to another dentist. read more

This was a 5-star dental office for decades in the days of Dr. Francis and Dr. Burrell. The two of them were perfect, even artistic dentists. Now Dr. Saeidi has taken over and he is just as good. I appreciate his thoughtful, measured approach and his peaceful manner. The rest of the staff has remained and are very experienced, focused and friendly. read more

Dr. Reza and his team are amazing. He is friendly, kind and generous, he cares about his patients and their health. I needed a crown and I drove from marin county to see him, it was definitely worth it to drive there to get a high quality service. Highly recommended. read more

This office is new, clean and very comfortable. The staff have been kind and courteous. Just a couple of issues however. Twice I have requested appointments from their website and received no response. Both times I followed up with phone calls and was told both time they were having some problems with the website. I would have thought it would be fixed since its a known problem. The requirement for payment up front for services means I have to wait a full month before my broken tooth can be repaired. I wasnt offered any medications for pain or to prevent infection in the meantime. While I wll be going back for the needed treatment, I felt dismissed since I didnt have the money in hand. Dr. Anderson and I dont work well together. I have seen him twice and both times felt his approach was cold and unfriendly. He doesnt listen to what I'm saying and is condescending. I will have Dr. Burrell do all my work in the future. Overall I give them 3 stars, but as I said, I will be back since the trouble of finding a new dentist just isnt worth it. read more

I was new to the area and needed a dentist to help with a loose crown. They scheduled an appointment for me the next day.The staff was friendly enough but were more concerned with insurance payment qualifications then my general well being.I understand this is a business however a more human approach would have been appreciated. They were almost robotic when they said " He is ok to go to the next level" They advised me to have the tooth pulled and Dr.Anderson suggested a double crown. The pricing was very high and i did not care for the "total recall "atmosphere. I have since found another dentist that is more straight forward and a little more down home. When and if you have time it is best to check out more than one professional.Thank you S. Wish I could negative stars. This group is not deserving of one star. The front office is so poorly run that I never received calls for cleanings or implant updates. When called, they are combative and not helpful at all. Find another dentist and save yourself from misery. read more

I admit it. I'm a certified dental wimp. But, Dr. Saeidi and his staff are rapidly changing that. Earlier this week, I had a crown on one tooth and a filling in another. There was no pain...none. That's hard to believe, but it's true. I live in Novato, but it's worth the time and dealing with the traffic to go to Santa Rosa. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Saeidi, Manny (both of them), Erica, Kelly and Amanda for helping me overcome my dental anxiety. Well, it's not completely gone...but, I wouldn't say I'm still a wimp! Check it out...you won't be sorry. read more

Years back I developed dental fear after an encounter with a gruff and rough hygienist. After Ms. Gruff and Rough, I saw every trip to the dentist as the scene in Marathon Man in which Dustin Hoffman yells "I'll sign the papers!". I began to forego even the twice yearly cleanings. Next chapter Reza Saeidi DDS at Vineyard dental group - A tentative visit to a new office altogether. Kelly answered the phone and I appreciated her calm efficiency (and she didn't put me on hold). She was encouraging and 'can-do'. I slinked in, sweating and leery and was immediately put at ease by both Kelly and Catherine (sp) at the front desk who were obviously enjoying working there. I LOVED Manny the hygienist. "Where have you been all my life?" I asked him. He was so kind, funny, complimentary and gentle all while doing a super job cleaning my teeth. My last hygienist gave me the impression my teeth were about to fall out of my mouth any moment (even though my dental hygiene was exceptional). Manny complimented me on doing such a good job caring for my teeth. I almost fell on the floor. Where was the terror? The belittling?, the threats of looking like an apple doll in the near future? What planet had I landed on?. Months later I broke a tooth over a weekend. I got a call right back after my S.O.S. cry. They managed to see me within a day, worked enough magic to secure a consultation with Robert Grove DDS endodontics for a second opinion later that day and then got me back in do a crown COMPLETELY (as In not a temporary crown) all in the same day. I was gob-smacked (literally) The team work between Doctor and front desk and assistant(s) was like watching a ballet, everyone moved gracefully and seamlessly to get the job done with everyone appearing to be equally important. I felt very well cared for, and in a strange way I 'enjoyed' the experience all together. My faith in dentistry is restored. I feel so tremendously relieved and grateful to have found that team. read more

Thank heavens for Dr. Anderson. I needed an emergency visit and he saw me that very same morning I called. He was patient, kind and above all efficient.
