Moving to Vineyard Creek has been a wonderful experience! I highly recommend these apartment homes--they're spacious, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. What truly sets this community apart is the exceptional customer service provided by the property management team. A special thank you to Candis, Kameron, Andre, Aaron, Kareem, Jorge, and Antonio for your hard work, teamwork, and for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. I could not recommend this place less. I am only writing this review to warn others about the management. I do not like writing bad reviews but this seems too much, there needs to be change with these landlords. I am a former resident that did not have many issues until i moved out. Seems they do anything to keep their hands clean even when they are at fault and seem to try to make money off you. When i moved out, my roommate stayed. When i brought up my deposit return, they said that they would not refund me my portion and it is dealt between my former and replacement roommate which i felt was shady. When i moved out, i dropped my keys a week before my lease ended. As soon as i did thi, they deactivated my account where i can access my portal to pay rent and where my auto pay was set up. This prohibited me from deactivating my auto pay. They also failed to remind me to do so on their part. As result, i got charged rent ($1250) and pet rent ($50) for the month i was no longer a residence. When i called they told me i had to be the one to dispute with my bank. Also during this call they had the audacity to ask if i wanted to make a payment of $100 for the touch up fees. like you've got to be kidding. A couple weeks pass, my former roommate let me know that there were fees due to the rent charges being revoked. They let her know he fees came from me revoking the payment that they illegally took out of my account. When i confronted them about this, they said the fees come from their bank charging THEM a fee for the revoked payment. They admitted that the rent charge was a mistake but since i failed to remove autopay, they said it was my fault and had to pay for the fees their bank charged them. Like excuse me? no. I fought this and luckily they dropped the charges. However, on the phone Elizabeth tried to spin the whole thing on my former roommate saying if she is telling me i owe them money then that is not true. When i told my roommate this, she said they tried shifting the blame on me when she talked to them too. It just all seems so shady to me. We are innocent residents who can barely afford to live and some of these people try to put you in such a bad spot. On top of everything, they towed my car while i was a resident for not having my pass one time. It goes against their addendum of cars being their longer than 72 hours. Mine was there overnight. Costed me $500. It just seems so unfair to treat your own residents like this, especially ones who have shown respect for the property. Please do better. read more

As a former resident of Vineyard Creek Apartments, I am writing this review to praise Andre, the gentleman at the front desk. He has gone above and beyond to help sort out issues with some packages that were erroneously delivered to my old apartment. This was no easy task, yet Andre remained professional, kind and treated me with respect. So appreciated Andre, keep up the good work. read more

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES !!!!!!!!! The absolute worst complex you could live in !!! We got approved for a unit and they said showed us a DIFFERENT unit it than what we were moving into. When it was time to show us our ACTUAL unit they canceled and said they had more "maintenance" things to work on but wouldn't say what exactly. Fast forward to when we viewed the actual unit it was WAY smaller and had less than the original unit they showed us. During the tour we saw a roach and told management that it needed to be debugged and pest free by the time we move in which would be in 5 DAYS !! THEY WAITED TO SHOW US 5 DAYS BEFORE MOVE IN !! We still signed anyways... worst mistake ever. Upon move in day the roaches were just coming out left and right. We told management that there were roaches in the unit snd she completely dismissed it and said their maintenance will come up and "vaccum" them up ?????? Maintenance came and vacuumed the "bodies" as they said and also said that the last tenant reported a pest issue & the "treated" the unit 3 WHOLE TIMES !!! NOT DISCLOSED TO US. We had absolutely no idea that there was a pest issue prior to move in or else we would've never moved in. We didn't end up staying on our first night there bc they were everywhere at that point. The next morning we told them the issue and demanded our lease to be terminated and a full refund. They gave us the option of moving into a 2 bedroom unit, mind you we moved into a 3 bedroom. So useless. And then if we chose to downsize to a 2 bedroom we would have to REAPPLY for new a 3 bedroom with NO GUARANTEE!!! RIDICULOUS !! They also gave us the option of staying and treating it again with NO GUARANTEE that the pest would terminate permanently ! They also did not reimburse any move in funds like movers or uhaul. This management had no remorse for the stuff they put us through. Just nonchalantly gave us a refund and didn't even care that we were essentially homeless and had to put our stuff in a storage unit ! They moved us in just to move us out the next day !!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST KIND OF PLACE WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS read more

New resident here. Kamaren codding arranged for the maintenance team to take a look at a few things. Antonio Delgado called to schedule the next morning and fixed two issues and order a needed part for the other issues. He scheduled to fix them it next day and did so while I was about. Awesome service. read more

I've been living here over 2 years now and I am very pleased. Although it's an older community that has minor maintenance issues, I can count on the team to fix things quickly. There has been turnover, and I miss Alex on the maintenance team but Antonio has been here from the beginning. I love when Antonio is sent over because he is so friendly, non-judgmental, professional, experienced and quick! He is a big part of why I stay here. I recommend these apartments. read more

Wonderful maintenance staff! Whenever we put in a work order they quickly send someone out to address it and they are always super kind and professional. Most recently we had Antonio out here fixing our garbage disposal. We called it in at 4:47 pm yesterday (right before they close for the day) and he had it fixed by by 9 this morning. He's been out here a bunch of times to fix little things and he's always been awesome. read more

Overall a very clean, organized, professional, and good apartment campus, and I feel safe. Allison Santos in the leasing office helped me throughout the leasing and move-in process, and she is excellent, friendly, and sincere. She still answers my questions when I contact her. I was moving under difficult circumstances and she made the process smooth. Everybody I have worked with in the leasing office has been friendly and helpful. We all love the pet-friendly atmosphere, too. The response to requests for maintenance happen very quickly, which I love. Be prepared that there are a lot of rules for living here (parking rules, definitely) but, that's only to address people's poor behavior at times. I'd rather have a few tightwad rules in a nice complex rather than no rules & Mayhem. I'm in a building facing the pretty vineyard and highway, 3rd floor. Highway noise is quite loud, but, I also have a lot of privacy and a pretty view (minus highway). I think the 2nd floor may get less noise, but then you have people living above you. I only gave 4 stars because the pricing is just so high. read more

For what you're paying at this apartment you're not getting much. I paid slightly more at my last place and it was comparable in size and luxury. This is not luxury at all. Its near a mobile home park as well... They're also extreme about parking. My car got towed less than a week after moving in because I didn't have a parking pass which I didn't get in the first place. Management wouldn't reimburse it either. read more

Thank you Antonio! When my refrigerator fell apart he was the guy to fix it. He is a handyman through and through. I appreciate that when I drive through our complex I can wave at him every time. He is a 5 star guy My 4 stars is because I am dissapointed that the management hasnt done more to stop the transient problem that we haveto drive by every day. Please, if you can offer a letter for us residents to sign, that can be sent to the County, we can get that issue removed from here. I pay enough to live in a beautiful community and I hate having to look at that every day when I drive home. Please help. read more

This is the worst place I have ever lived. Seemed pretty nice when we moved in. Throughout our lease the people in the leasing office were very unhelpful. I had multiple instances where my car was vandalized or had random people coming up to my door. When I would reach out to the leasing office they would tell me they didn't have any cameras around my unit and couldn't help me. I decided to move to a safer area at the end of my lease. After hiring cleaners and leaving the apartment as we found it we still have over 70% of our deposit taken for other "cleaning fees". Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time living here. read more

I am a current resident. Be aware that they "bonus" tenants to write postive reviews of the complex. I spoke with Candice in the office today, she very kindly offered to review the $50 month base increase, the $400 premium etc.., and I said I would work on posting some truths. (As I am stuck with an overall $450 in premiums per month over my rent costs, which they are also increasing beyond posted rental rates today) Over the past year, we have had many issues with our unit, One was the loss of power to half our apartment, for days. This was not considered an "emergency" by the after hours staff (which later, they wrote to say should have been and they talked with the staff to correct this) Another was the loss of fridge during the holidays, for at least a week as they tried to fix a very cheap old fridge (which starts with a 24 hour test of temp in the fridge) There was only a "sorry," after about a week- no reimbursement etc. Also, the furnace needed to be replaced. The fireplace has never worked/ reported upon move in-- all the units are the same age, and they have borrowed parts from units to try to make some work. Again, they have been aware for 11 months- no offer of anything. The closets all collapsed becasue of very flimsy plastic parts on the closet rods. All the applainces are old, and do not work well (laundry and dishwashers). Your only recourse is to ask them to replace at your cost, becasue they will not replace them unless it's totally broken. The bathtubs and showers are also the cheapest and in our unit, they are painted, I would never use the tub as a tub, pretty bad. I spoke with Candice in the office today, she very kindly offered to review the $50 month base increase, the $400 premium etc.., and I said I would work on posting some truths. Most people do not live here long term, I would recommend anyone to review all the charges and lease agreements carefully. Like others have posted, the mainteance staff is friendly.... maybe ask yourself why so many posters know the maintenace crew so well?? Here are some more details: people get towed a lot, everyday, you are greeted by the smokers club on the entrance street, also drug dealing and people living in cars, well over 6 months they had a broken gym equipment with a sign, they did not replace or fix, just removed the equipment eventually, currently the hot tub is "closed", been a few weeks, not sure if/ when it will be fixed. read more

My name is Alvin Wheeler and I have been living here at Vineyard Creek for 3 years. I find the service is amazing if you have a problem or needed something to be fixed right away It gets done most likely the next day. I had a problem with my car, and it would not start, Coolidge and Antonio and Alex were right there to not only help me in getting my car started they also knew a lot about the type of car I had and gave me excellent advice. We moved here to Vineyard Creek apartments a little over two months ago. we had just sold our home and there was a lot going on in our lives. Marco who is the manager was very professional and was wonderful in helping make this transition easier for my family and I. when we moved in, I noticed there were a couple of things that needed to be fixed. I reported this to Marco and within 20 minutes I got a phone call from Alex (the lead on the maintenance team) he had asked if it was OK to come up to our apartment now and take care of the problem. I have had at one time or another all of the maintenance team in our apartment Alex., Antonio, Cooledge. every single one of these guys are professional, respectful and do a wonderful job taking care of the problem immediately. They even follow up to make sure that I am satisfied with the work that was done and that everything is working fine. Michael does an amazing job keeping the grounds beautiful. This is the most beautiful apartment complex that I have seen and I have to say not a day goes by that I don't see him working out there maintaining the beauty of the landscaping, making sure everything is is at its best. My family and I love it here. It doesn't feel like "just an apartment." it is home! Everyone here goes above and beyond, This is so appreciated! I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.
