Ava and Grace (twins who sing for the church's band) are not the nicest. OVERALL: I highly recommend coming to this church! Most people are nice and the events are great. Liquid Church has both a global and a local signature mission. Their local mission is to serve families living with special needs. Their global mission is to bring clean water to families in Africa and Central America. They have their own cafe (Clearwater Cafe), the idea was pitched in 2018, and they were immediately on board, donating $400,000 to make this dream a reality. The café opened in October 2022 with 20 staff members who work as baristas, cashiers, and waitstaff to serve breakfast, lunch, and specialty drinks. the goal of the coffee shop is to provide "delicious coffee, breakfast, and lunch with a cause." It employs 19 people with disabilities, some of whom say it's their first paid job.

Our visits are special, because I not only get to hear (or get the gist of) the latest sermon, we often discuss the topic, which is great for me, as I enjoy learning and seeing things with fresh eyes and a new perspective. He doesn't mind that I've spent my life, especially the past 30+ years studying, practicing, and teaching Eastern Philosophy, mainly the four yoga and Buddhist modalities. He is open to interfaith, which is a beautiful thing. Although to be sure, I am a devotee of Jesus the Christ. I wish I was able to attend services. The sanctuary is peaceful, calm, serene. The architecture is as you'd expect an Episcopalian Church: lovely bricks and awesome wooden arches holding up the ceiling. EVERYONE is welcome at St. Paul's! But I'm lucky to have communion AND Communion with this gracious man, Father Paul. No matter what I'm going through, I always feel renewed and rejuvenated after a our visits. I love a spiritual teacher who is filled with such joy while talking about Jesus, that he can't help but smile. I'm happy I chose St. Paul's to Baptise me when I was 11 years old. Beautiful sanctuary. Lovely people. Might I please add, that the funerals I have attended at St Paul's have been perfectly suited and tailored to the deceased. A true celebration of the respective lives being honored and anointed into Union.

People of all ages, genders, orientations, races, ethnicities, and abilities are welcome here. Apologies if i missed a group, I'm sure it is included as well. The regulars of the church on Sundays tend to reflect the community of Morris Plains fairy well. St Paul's Church is very kid/parent friendly offering both child care for toddlers and Bible studies for older children during the mass. There is also a children's corner with some books, toys, and a rocking chair in the back of the church. Father Paul is both insightful in his sermons and a truly wonderful person to have a conversation with. His sense of humor tends to put those around him at ease and in a good mood. Coffee Hour after Sunday mass is a nice way to get to know the people of the church. If you are looking for a friendly neighborhood Episcopal Church you should give St Paul's Episcopal Church a try.
