Just recently, I came up from Florida to be at the Confirmation of my Great Niece at Holy Faith Lutheran Church. As Rosemary W. said above, the Pastor is an amazing man. I particularly appreciated how he related to the young people being Confirmed. You could see how they respected him. That is good to see in this day and age. Lutherans love to sing and the music was uplifting and melodic. Some was of a more modern style, but it was beautiful praise music and having all the different instruments was a wonderful accompaniment to this classic and holy religious ceremony. One more thing that I noticed was the way the families were worshipping together. Little children up to the elderly Grandparents were in attendance together. That is what keeps our faith alive and our families strong.

He has compassion, love, and best of all, humor! He relates exceptionally well to children, and the Sunday School at Holy Faith is great as well. There is also a youth group for young adults, a choir, and musicians who make the services contemporary, but not all of the time; we have traditional services as well. The congregation's warm and loving atmosphere and acceptance of each other's differences makes our church unique. Don't come expecting a boring sermon. Pastor Craig is current, knowledgeable, and keeps your thoughts on the topic. Pastor Clancy assists him and leads a weekly Bible Study after the Sunday service if you wish to join in. We are very community oriented and have many events where everyone is invited so it's possible to 'preview' us before jumping in. If you are searching for a place to call your own, please come to an event or to Sunday services before making that important decision as I did. You won't be sorry, I promise!
