Still a major rip off for drivers that may start pumping without knowing the cost or visitors not familiar with cost per gallon. I have to assume the gas quality is the same, so why not just go elsewhere.

I thought it was a mistake... but they really do charge $9!!!! Per gallon! Is this price gouging! Outrageous.

DO NOT GO HERE. Gas was $7.99/gallon, inflated more than 150%. This is not a mistake, they are scamming people. Find another gas station!!! Thankfully we didn't fill the whole tank, but still, total waste of money!

I'm sorry but price-gouging tourists is a no-go. $8 a gallon for regular gas and $9 for premium. Was in the area because of the Courtyard/Fairfield Hotel and which was right next door. Came into the lot and saw the sign which was almost hidden behind bush. I think personally couldn't believe it and had to go to the pump to see if they were lying. They weren't, $8 for a gallon of gas. I'd be surprised if no one looked at the sign before paying and actually put gas here. To tourists reading, this isn't normal gas prices, stay far away from it. Head to the Chevron or Wawa (has great food). No idea how this business is still open.

That owner should be ashamed of himself, we were visiting from Canada and needed gas we didn't look at the prices though it was like anywhere else until I put 20 dollars in and though wow that was fast to fill then saw the price, 7.99 a gallon my wife and I were angry what a waste of money, STAY AWAY US FROM PETROL

Went here tonight and saw the $5.99 for 87 on the pump I did a couple takes then clicked cancel on the pump. There should be a occupy shell protest at this shell station. Unbelievable that this station can remain open! May the owners rot in hell!! read more

Total rip off ... how can they be allowed to have this franchise at all is beyond belief . DO READ REVIEWS AT ALL TIMES .. AND READ THE PRICE SIGN! I made a mistake for not and paid for it big time . rip off!........dont pay there when you can travel another few blocks and buy gas cheap at the racetrack or wawa stations; save about $2 or more a gallon.......lets put the pressure on this gas hiking, mostly taking advantage of tourists!. none of the locals will buy here and for good reason; next time you are near the premium outlet mall off this road and need gas, look for the nearest other lower priced stations in the area; they are within a mile or two........ read more

DONT STOP! This location charges between $2.00 & $3.00 more per gallon than the surrounding gas stations. Currently the average is $3.34 and the street price for this station is $5.99. Diesel fuel was $5.99 as well. It seems like this location is trying to take advantage of the tourists. read more

If you are a tourist and want to get ripped off, then by all means, stop at this Shell Gas Station. They are charging 5.99 per gallon, just about double what everyone else charges. If you want premium gas, you pay 6.49 per gallon. I've never seen such a blatant gouging of tourists in my life. read more

$6 a gallon gas when it's less than $2 within a mile radius. It seems like a misprint, but no. They literally want to steal people's money. They don't want to sell gas to people who know better. Do not give them money. Go to Palm Parkway or anywhere on 535 or international drive. read more

Consistent price gouge for years. I'm in orlando often and see this, and warn others at my hotel. Currently 5.99 a gallon for regular 6.99 premium. Glad to see it empty now. No cars. $2.09 gas less than a mile away from them. read more

Do not go to this gas station whenever I'm orlando. I would give this gas station a zero if I could! How could you charge people 6.99$ per gallon. Where does the gas come from a Gold mine? Beware ! Do not gas up at this station!!! Price is more than 300% from other gas stations!!! Last week we were visiting Orlando and stopped at this Shell station next to Premium Outlets to gas up the rental car. We had been seeing $1.89/gal. gas prices for that day at other stations so assumed the price would be around there, but to my shock it was $5.99 a gallon! It was more than 300%. I had already pumped 4 gallons, so paid $24 for $8 worth of gas! read more

This place is a complete rip off and a disgrace to Americans, Shell should not allow them to use their name or sell their gas. They aren't even NEAR the airport nor the Disney park yet they charge $4 per gallon over the going rate. They take advantage of unsuspecting tourists or folks who trust the Shell name brand and don't check the price at the pump. What an embarrassment and rip off this place is. read more

These guys are thieves. At $5.99 a gallon while others around are $2.27 a Gallon is absolutely highway robbery. I can't understand how Shell is involved in this price gauging. I found out about it just by chance looking at the meter and had to run to stop from fueling more. When I approached the guys inside, they very calmly informed me that the owner has been doing it for 5 years and he is in control of setting the prices. read more

Talking about a price gouging gas station, this is it! I was passing by to go to Premium Outlets and saw this Shell HELL gas station. Do not buy their gas at all cost. It is not 100 octane gas or to say Jet A fuel. It is not gas that makes a car brand new. I can't believe a gas station sell at these prices. read more

What a ripoff this gas station is. I think we have found (unfortunately by accident) the most expensive gas station in Florida. On the last day of our vacation in Florida we had to fill our hire car prior to return. $6.95 a gallon, $70 for 10 gallons of fuel definitely left hole in my wallet. It would have been cheaper to return the hire car empty and pay the extra fee. The price of the fuel sign was hidden behind a tall hedge and not easy to see. I have always used Shell in my home country, England, but will never give them my hard earned cash again. Someone from Shell should look at this ripoff gas station as it's giving the brand a bad name. read more

I pulled in here on Saturday 11/15 and thank god I noticed the pricing before I pumped any gas. I went inside to ask the clerk if it was a misprint and I was told "The price is the price", then the clerk went back to his cell phone. Regular was $5.99 per gallon, mid grade $6.99, and high octane $7.99. I drove a 1/2 mile down the road and paid $2.81 per gallon. This place is a joke, their employees have no souls. To stand there and look you in the face knowing they're robbing you blind. read more

I was visiting Orlando for a holiday from Scotland and this morning as I left the hotel I noticed my gas was low and needed filling up. This gas station was the nearest so I filled up there. I was amazed at the total price but thought, as a tourist, gas must be really expensive in the US! As I drove north and west heading for my next stop in Pensacola, I noticed the real gas prices! I thought there had been some mistake and I was all set to call the gas station tonight until I read these posts. I've been conned like the rest of you, my tank fill cost me $99. $6.99 a gallon. read more

I noticed their area where they had prepared items, but I didn't have that in mind. Instead, I was going to browse the prepackaged snacks. They had some sales happening which may have persuaded me in some purchases. I grabbed a few things, headed to the register, asked for an item behind the register, and paid. Swear, there was no one in her when I came in, but as soon as I reached the counter, a line formed behind me. Like several people were behind me. As soon as I paid, I was out the door.

Unsuspectingly got duped by this gas station today. Charged $5.89 for gallon compared to area average of $2.38. I can think of many words to describe the low life's that own this place but won't lower myself to the degree they obviously have to run a business that is so blatently ripping people off. As a regular overseas visitor to Orlando I got caught with this on the last day of my vacation and I have to say it has left a sour taste. The authorities in Orlando need to do something about this place as it's clearly just quite blatently ripping people off and reflecting very badly on the city. I'll never know who the individual behind this vile business is so all I'll Say is I hope life repays them accordingly in the future and in the meantime maybe Shell should do the right thing and stop supplying them with gas as this place sure ain't doing they're image any good. read more

I am so disgusted that these criminals have been doing this for years. Complaints dating back to 2011. Unfortunately there are no laws in Florida to prevent this type of practice. Shell Corp obviously doesnt give a shit either. If you complain to them, they will hide behind the "Franchise owners are independent and can charge what they please" excuse. They could care less that their company name and logo, and reputation are on the line. What a horrible fucking organization. I am never giving any Shell gas station a cent of money ever again. Negative stars. Apparently this guy is a legal criminal in Florida. Scum of the earth. Luckily we stopped the pump quickly after seeing the price at the exit. No indication of price as you pull up to pump. This is no different then stealing from my wallet. When I questioned him he said Shell Corp sets pricing. I immediately called Shell and they said he is a local Franchise and can set his own price so he is a liar as well. I filed a complaint with Shell Corp. read more

Unlike Sam's Club Gas where you need membership, the Walmart Fuel Station doesn't require a membership. I had a rental vehicle while traveling in the Orlando and Kissimmee area. The gas at the Walmart Fuel Station was relatively cheap and easy to get to. I didn't have to wait in a line! The fuel pump was easy to use. I ended up selecting regular unleaded gas. Payment was a breeze and had no issues!

This is a typical 7/11, you can get gas, they have coffee and drinks inside as well as some hot food throughout the day. If you know a 7/11 then you know what to expect. This one is super close to our house, we live in winter garden, and our gas stations are far and few between. We have been coming to this one for many years. I will say that it can get very busy at times, there is usually a few pumps not working which can make it more difficult. But again it's your typical gas station. Their paper for receipts is always out as well. About a month ago we had some driving sensors come on in our new vehicle. After taking it to the dealer, they said that we had gotten a batch of bad gasoline. It was an easy fix. This past week however, my husband got gas, and within two minutes our car shut down. After taking it into the mechanic it was discovered that the gas was mixed with water. Now whether this was intentional or unintentional it's definitely an issue. I understand it has been raining a lot in Florida, and water is probably soaking into the ground, however they need to protect their underground gas tanks better. I'm not accusing them of anything but this definitely is not a location we will be frequenting anymore. I did reach out and was basically told it's not their fault and there's nothing they can do. I just felt like the service was very much like they did not even care. Overall we will now have to drive a little further to a different gas station as we will not be coming back to this one. I feel that once, accident, but two vehicles now from the same location, this is a problem!
