This Shell is the closest to the Disney College Program housing complex, and it's the only gas station Disney employees can get discounts at. It is ridiculously over-priced. The price of $5.99 is outrageous. When I realized the price while pumping gas I immediately stopped and went to another station. The price per gallon on the Florida Turnpike at Shell stations is $2.15 gallon. When I called the Vineland Shell, I was told the price does not constitute price gouging and that I could have gone to other gas stations. What a ripoff this gas station is. I think we have found (unfortunately by accident) the most expensive gas station in Florida. On the last day of our vacation in Florida we had to fill our hire car prior to return. $6.95 a gallon, $70 for 10 gallons of fuel definitely left hole in my wallet. It would have been cheaper to return the hire car empty and pay the extra fee. The price of the fuel sign was hidden behind a tall hedge and not easy to see. I have always used Shell in my home country, England, but will never give them my hard earned cash again. I stopped by this gas station 1/27/19 and did not pay close attention to the Outrageous price on the sign. It was 5.99 a gallon!!! I went inside the store to get a receipt because the pump didn't generate a one. I asked the 2 guys inside what was up with the ridiculous price and they gave me a dumb stare and replied, "That's how much he charges."
