No one ever checks Yelp for gas stations, but boy do I feel compelled to leave a review for this one. I fell for this scam. They prey on people who don't check or aren't paying attention when pumping gas. $8.99 a gallon of gas is clinically insane. If I could spend all day at this gas station shoo-ing away the unsuspecting tourists and elderly people that fall prey to this joke, I would. I'm sorry but price-gouging tourists is a no-go. $8 a gallon for regular gas and $9 for premium. Was in the area because of the Courtyard/Fairfield Hotel and which was right next door. Came into the lot and saw the sign which was almost hidden behind bush. I think personally couldn't believe it and had to go to the pump to see if they were lying. Less than one star. This is a scam and should not be allowed. In the financial services world, there has to be clear disclosures considering the least sophisticated consumer. This place takes advantage of the fact that in literally every other situation, gas prices are similar from one station to the next. They target people generally since most people may not look at the signs that are there and are not terribly conspicuous. Also, it takes advantage and discriminates against those with Limited English Proficiency or who live in foreign countries and are not able to easily translate the price.
