Upon learning this I was advised I would not get paid until after that meeting. I realized I had a very important doctor appointment that I could not miss so I called her 3 times and emailed her. She got back to me 3 days later and re-scheduled me when she was available. Absolutely horrible customer service, in a professional setting you are suppose to return calls within 24 hours. Atter I met her the 2nd time she explained I had to wait to speak to a adjudicator to see about getting paid. Let me say this, I was going on six weeks of not being paid and desperately looking for a job. I guess these people at this location do not understand that we need money to survive. How could I pay rent? I mean this is ridiculous! This place to suppose to help you find a job, and they treat you like this? My god. It blows my mind that these people work with the state to approve state unemployment payments. Please understand that people have rent, food and other things they need to survive.
