Unfortunately this was a entirely different appointment so when I did not arrive the State put a pause to my Unemployment payments. I was able to finally re-schedule and when I showed up to that appointment the front desk girl said that it happens all the time that people miss there appointments due to mis-information. Well, i met with one of the girls there Keyshauna, she was nice and the appointment went well she proceeded to make me a 2nd meeting. Upon learning this I was advised I would not get paid until after that meeting. I realized I had a very important doctor appointment that I could not miss so I called her 3 times and emailed her. She got back to me 3 days later and re-scheduled me when she was available. Absolutely horrible customer service, in a professional setting you are suppose to return calls within 24 hours. Atter I met her the 2nd time she explained I had to wait to speak to a adjudicator to see about getting paid. Let me say this, I was going on six weeks of not being paid and desperately looking for a job. I guess these people at this location do not understand that we need money to survive. How could I pay rent? I mean this is ridiculous! This place to suppose to help you find a job, and they treat you like this? My god. It blows my mind that these people work with the state to approve state unemployment payments. Please understand that people have rent, food and other things they need to survive. I would never recommend anyone to go here. Absolutely avoid it if you can.

ProNet is a great support for anyone seeking employment - all of the members are super positive and the staff were there to help every step of the way. The resources they provide are tremendous in terms of classes, reading material, and networking opportunities. Although I did not love being out of work, I did love being involved with ProNet.
