Within minutes I receive a return phone call, within an hour, I receive a confirmation call with the name of the employee coming in the next morning. And let me tell you, this has happened more than once. They have come to my rescue multiple times. They dropped a number of boxes. They dinged up some walls. They did not listen to me very well. They put boxes in the wrong rooms. They were older and did not have the strength to effectively handle some large pieces. A couple of the guys were worthless. I don t appreciate being lied to State of Nevada- shame on you.
