While trying to successfully navigate my career, be a doting wife and mother who's caring/loving/nurturing, I completely lost myself. Although I had everything I wanted, I didn't feel whole -- I felt broken, angry, tired, frustrated, resentful and down right depressed. This is when I hit rock bottom and decided I needed help. It was then that I reached out to a friend who recommended me to Stephanie. I was skeptical at first as I had never worked with a life coach. During my initial consultation with Stephanie, I felt heard, understood, and more importantly I felt comfortable being my authentic self -- without any judgment. After the consultation, I felt a bit more at ease and for the first time, I felt hopeful. After meeting once a week over a few months, I am proud to say that I've learned how to happily live and thrive in my new life -- without giving up things that bring me joy. With Stephanie's help and insight I was able to understand and accept my current situation while gaining a clear vision of where I wanted to be. I highly recommend Stephanie to any new mom or struggling mom. I no longer feel lost, alone and depressed. Rather, I am living the life I always dreamt of without losing myself and the things that bring me joy! Thank you Stephanie, you are the best!
