This was a very disappointing experience. The interaction felt unprofessional, with frequent interruptions and a dismissive tone. Rather than listening and addressing concerns, the representative spoke over me and questioned my recollection instead of engaging constructively. Additionally, Stephanie told me to seek employment elsewhere, claiming I lacked the memory of an event I was never notified about or did not attend. That statement was both inaccurate and inappropriate. Location of this experience: 1530 S Stanford Way Ste 100 Sparks, NV 89431 United States Overall, I did not feel heard or respected. read more

Express Pros has served me well. They provide a wide range of employment from warehouse and labor to executive/corporate and administrative positions including many high-paying accounting jobs. The business is owned by Michelle and run at the highest level. You know you are secure when you work for Express Pros. The communication and sign-up process is easy and their location is convenient. I had a great experience at Express Pros and will continue to stay on their employment roster. Highly recommend this business. read more

I would never ever! Go through them! They've never gotten back to me on time. Literally beyond rude to me, Seems like lazy work through and through. Sat and lied in my face saying I declined a job i never was presented out to. Making me never want to go through a staffing agency again. read more

They places me quickly in a job I really liked. Was un-hireable for months. Then when I was it was past companies hired blended time. They canceled my health insurance but guaranteed me it could only be canceled if I called the healthcare provider directly myself. Never checked on me at the jobsite. Straight up won't call you period. When I finally went to the office to seek help the owner wouldn't even get off her chair to help me she yelled across the office. I sent an email to corporate to ask for their help and they sent it to the owner who then fired me over this email. This left the client's confused as to why she would do this when they liked me working there. She straight up texted me my termination. Said I was the one being rude. They use you and treat you like trash. read more

rude asf lol talking about second chances I haven't worked for them in 4 years , no value toward employees looking for work waste of time :)

I highly recommend this business. Not only were they professional but they were very informed and kind. read more

The staffing ladies are rude and like to talk over you. It is extremely demeaning especially when you are already in a low spot and just trying to look for employment. read more

don't come here and apply a waste of your time they assure you they have work for you, you waste time applying, taking drug test and other things to onboard with the company than they let you know that they don't have work and expanded until a few months after you apply with the company that they will find you work. In my opinion it's a total scam they just want you to sign up within the company for their profit end! Hopefully I can save someone's time worst place ever read more

Everyone up here is very rude, disrespectful, childish, and have no clue what they're doing. They sent my husband to a new job site but the address given to him sent him out in the middle of nowhere. There were no buildings in site so he called them and asked what to do and they told him they were putting him down as a walk off because no one was there and no buildings were in sight. they don't help you they just fuck you over. This is one of the worst temp agencies i have ever been to. they will not work with you at all and everyone up there has their heads so far up their asses they can't even tell you the answer to a question they're SUPPOSED to know. they don't care abt anything besides having their little power trips read more

The workers here are amazing everyone of them are professional, polite helpful when above and beyond very patient I recommend

The process was very quick and I felt listened to when it came to what type of job I would like. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Very enjoyable experience overall. Thank you. Update: I would also like to mention that I overheard while I was there that they also make considerations for those who need jobs that are close to bus routes and for those who may be worried about passing a drug test. I have several friends that have these concerns and I made sure to message them that this was the place to go. Would I recommend EEP to others? I already have. read more

I was hired as a temp to permanent placement and the experience was very professional. Sarah Bent was always responsive to anything I needed and a pleasure to work with. read more

The fact that you lost my info says it all. I will not be wasting my time anymore than I have.

What a complete JOKE!! I have never in my life seen such unprofessional behavior!! A bunch of 20 year old idiot's on a power trip over thinking they're above you, because you are need of work. There generation at it's best! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Even on the phone interview. The entire process is ridiculous!! read more

So I've been with express for about almost a year now. My last job with them I actually ended up needing the paramedics to come and help me because I was dealing with insolation and my throat closed up. I ended up leaving work and get a call from express about 5 minutes after I left saying that they can not work with me anymore saying that they can't work with me for 3 months. About every single person in that place is rude disrespectful and just obviously doesn't like to do their job. The only person I recommend is Joshua he will genuinely help you through anything as much as he can. All the wingman their have stank ass attitude which doesn't help anything. I really don't recommend this staffing agency at all to anyone. They will F**k you over so many ways it's unbelievable. They will also give you random charges for 300$ for a key that they want and if u didn't get it to them by a certain time they take 300$ out of your paycheck for a KEY! Again don't go here I'm currently with Vine staffing and that one person is way better than the whole office their at express employment unprofessional! read more

This place is absolutely amazing!! I have seen countless of my friends get jobs either right away when they need work or long term jobs they were hired on after temping for a while. Also, the owner and her daughter are the sweetest people and very respectful. Would absolutely recommend this place to any businesses looking for workers or friends looking for jobs. read more

I am a local employee seeking for employment. I thought to myself this is the right place. unfortunate I was disappointed the way their unprofessional staff were lack of communication I didn't get the job, mal-introduction to represent you with their company whom you assign with. They didn't assure me who i was going to meet or where to go to instead while being there they said they will email me. why? Email me when I had been explain I was going to start the next day why not hand me the paperworK or info of the company. And then I can leave. I ask myself? why not i could of done this on online, right! Maybe that would of went better then in person to apply. I was called to come back in the office and fill out 3 papers more so to finish the process when I got to the office 3 people applying for work In lobby. the staff looked confused they didn't now where to start or who to attend first. they were very disoriented. I would NOT recommend anyone applying for this Express Employment Professionals Agency unless you are trying to waste your time then please do so. Iam so so very hurt in the way they treated me very unprofessional not even as a candidate that I could of represent myself I passed everything and was hired but it never happened. I rate 0 for being in attentive and unprofessional with applicants. Jessica Nataly, Yadira Josh other male unknown name. read more

Great and friendly staff who actually care. Warm greetings from the front office staff and an efficient, effective and thorough interview process from the back office staff. The whole team was professional and kind. You can tell they truly want to make a difference in the Reno community read more

I was hurt on the job, and they made me wait to go to Concentra to get checked out. I blew out two lumbar discs, and almost unable to walk, yet they tried to get me to do a job that put me on my feet full time. When I didn't go to the assignment, they fired me using some history of Casino workers that didn't apply. I lost everything I owned, had no money and no where to live. and it took me SEVEN YEARS to get them to settle. They figured if they starved me long enough, I would go away, Screw that! If anybody reading this, also got screwed after getting injured, please post it, as I feel a class action suit would get their attention. read more

I pursued this avenue in hopes of finding employment and was pleasantly surprised with the diligence, professionalism and care I was met with. Everyone was very helpful in finding the right fit for me. Would highly recommend this company! read more

This place is very disorganized and needs some new employees. I called the office and asked if they do certified typing tests to which the woman on the phone explained they did. She said she would email me right after the phone call and explain the process. However, I never received an email. So, I went the next day during my lunch break to take the typing test. The woman at the front desk "Aubree" was very rude and claimed that they do not do certified typing tests. When I asked if she knew of any places nearby, she was very unhelpful and said that there were plenty online. After explaining that I needed a proctored certified typing test (that the woman from the day before said they did), she said she could not help me and basically shooed me out of the building with her attitude. It seems like this office needs to have an employee meeting to stop giving potential clients the wrong information. I definitely will never be using this place again. read more

This location is extremely RUDE! The receptionist believes herself to be an over glorified Receptionist. The owner and her daughter treat employees as if the are bodies to be thrown at jobs to fill and then have the attitude as if the employee is at fault if they (the employee) disagrees with them. The owners daughter, stepped into my interview and directed me to a job that I really didn't need but I needed work. Later that week they fired the agent that was helping me to get to a CDL job. I was assigned to an electronic technician job that was really not that. I asked for a CDL job and was told that they have to put in my 2 day notice, quite, and then they could send out my info to the next job. I was taking a chance that the next job would hire me. This location is dragging the name 'Express Pros' down. I would advise 'AppleOne' or 'Manpower' before even thinking of this location. Darrell Fisher read more
