She stated that it wouldn't last as long because it was concrete or my idea that I should go with I'm sorry, honey I don't work on Commission.! So maybe next time it'd be a good idea to greet yourself shake your customers fucking hand and maybe listen to what they have to say and then give your thoughts to make things better but don't walk out to somebody's property and act like your shit is bigger than mine. I was not happy with all the saw dust they left from grinding the stump, so I texted Vic and ask him to please remove more of it. He responded that he would stop by, but several weeks have passed and he hasn't bothered to stop by like he said he would. In the midst of taking down the tree, I caught one guy cutting through our flower garden with a wheel barrow, and I had to stop him. They trimmed several trees as well, and they did s nice job on all three. I'd recommend them for trimming, but they lack care and concern for items they move, and fail to put them back in place, or break them. I paid almost $5,000 for the work. I will not use them again.

He was understanding of my need to get more estimates and gave me good information on what to ask others - like the amount of insurance, name of insurance companies, workman's comp. the decision on which company we will use is still pending. Ended up getting an alignment on both cars and new tires on both vehicles. The guys here went above and beyond to help get us back on the road safely. I never once thought I was being lied too or scammed into buying extra items. One vehicle ended up being a huge pain in the but, nothing they did. We ended up having to go back to the shop two more times. Never was it from anything they did wrong. ( a previous big box tire store issue) They took the time each time we went back to get us fixed up and back on the road. They could have charged us extra money for labor and said No - they wanted the job done correctly. I highly recommend this business and will use them again.
