He arrived on time with all the tools he needed to fix my cars issues and when I told him I thought it was a more expensive and difficult repair than it actually was he didn't take advantage of me. So glad I did!! Sam (owner) without an appointment took my car in right away for service. He had Scott his service tech diagnose the problem and after my approval begin the repair. He told me he needs to go and grab a special tool from somewhere. Never came back and he stole my engine mount. For five hours, I have been calling him and he giving me excuses that he was arrested or something. He refused to return the engine mount. He left my car open with all screws on the floor.
