Just noticed that the photos haven't been updated recently, however the interior has been completely remodeled since then. If you're a fan of motorsports, they have some pretty cool photos and decorations in the lobby area. Most of the staff speaks English, Mandarin and French. Will hopefully be back again soon!

The staff is very friendly, attentive, professional and ready to assist with any request. This hotel I can recommend for couples, families with grown or small children, Small company retreats or even a family reunion! We had a small group of 12 people which met to stay at the hotel and we had a delicious Christmas Eve dinner! The new executive chef is from London and is very talented! Dinner was 5/5 stars! The pastry chef made a swiss log roll for after dinner and let me just say is was excellent 5/5 stars! The hotel has some beautiful views and a perfect place to just sit by the roaring fire in the main lobby to enjoy the views or stop in for a drink at the bar. If you want a special treat head down stairs to the wine tasting room and ask the attendant to suggest a glass to try out for your dinner, after dinner or a romantic stay in your room. You can sit in the comfortable wine tasting room and enjoy a glass by the fire place there if you wish have a bottle sent up to the dining room to enjoy with dinner or even your room to enjoy your views! The are multiple amenities to enjoy here even if the weather is not the best to be outside. I can highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway to relax, ski or both! I liked it some much we are already planning to go next year 2018 to stay from Christmas Eve to New Years day. Hopefully we can get family and friends to join us there for a great time!

We were looking for a nice place up in the mountains with a beautiful view and spa. And we got it,…read moreuntil... we found on our beautiful terrace a big box with stones and cigarettes filter (it's an absolute NON SMOKING place), with a dozen of empty beer bottles...that were not removed by the cleaning agent. Maybe the terrace is a "non cleaning area". Outside furniture was dirty by the way. We went to check the complete suite (we had the family one). Dust that should not be there (Covid time). Door handle broken (for a long time already). Toilets not fixed on the floor - very practical to sit on :( Also broken tiles. OK well we can say : maintenance is not they strong point. We just wanted to relax. The massage was really fine (I insist. Definitely worth it). The sauna and the jacuzzi too (well we did not ask for the covid protocol but the water had a strong chlor scent). We had diner there. It was OK but a bit expensive with narrow choice. For the final price, it's not worth it. Too expensive and last but not least at checking when I spoke to the lady she did not welcome my comments, neither the person sitting next to her (the owner ?). I mean : customer are the priority, aren't they ? One last thing : I explicitly told the night of arrival about my gluten intolerance. No worries, I was told. We have gluten free beer for breakfast. Lies. Only lies and I got no excuses at all. So don't stop by, even for the view. It's not worth the money. -
