Tuesday afternoon when I dropped them off, he gave me an appointment card to pick them up Thursday at 5PM. Fast forward to Thursday at 5PM, I show up and he's not there. When I call him, he then explains that they weren't dry therefore I couldn't pick them up (no heads up or anything). He then says he will text me Friday morning and let me know what time to pick them up Friday once they're ready. Friday morning, I hear nothing. Finally, I get ahold of him and he tells me 2PM. I show up at 2PM, he isn't here and neither are the boots. The lady at the store calls him and asks when he will be there, he then says 3 o'clock. I told him that wasn't going to work and he said okay, he would leave right then and head that way. He shows up at 2:45, with the boots still wet, wasting my time once again. I understand things come up and deadlines don't get met, but communication with a customer is at the very minimum a requirement. I will not use this service again or recommend them to anyone else.

MATTY was able to quickly identify the needs of my feet as I suffer from plantar fasciitis and some swelling. He took his time to explain to me my needs and what he could do to help correct the problems I've been experiencing with foot pain. He customized my insoles and actually was able to "make" a pair of amazzzzing shoes that I refuse to stop wearing as my feet have not felt this good in years.
