The young man that worked with us (I didn't get his name) was patient and super knowledgeable. He bought out about 5 pairs of sneakers each for my husband and I to try on. I would not give them 4 or 5 stars since they don't carry narrow shoes but they do have some wide ones (I wear a triple A) but since some of their sandals are adjustible (Beautifeet is one brand) I can wear them. They especially carry comfortable shoes such as heels for dressy events. I have never had an issue with their service and they have a lovely dog who 'minds' the store-so well behaved compared to my 'baby'. If i had normal feet I would give this place a 4 star. the prices are fine-about the same as the better shoes at Nordstroms-you get what you pay for.

The Just Our Shoes website states: "we guarantee top quality customer service and a friendly, stress-free shopping experience". I did not experience that in your Westwood store on 8/13/21 in the late afternoon. Overall I gave this store 2 stars. 4 stars for having unique inventory, 1 star for customer service / sales. I was picking up a takeout order from a restaurant across the street & decided I would check out what the store had to offer before picking up the food. I was dressed in shorts, t-shirt & flip flops. I didn't realize I would be judged while browsing in a shoe store. I tried on 1 pair that did not fit. Then I tried on a pair of buttery soft suede flats that fit & asked the cost since they were on sale. The saleswoman replied "very expensive". I felt like the scene in Pretty Woman. I was so caught off guard I couldn't reply other than to ask the cost again. I tried on another pair of shoes (suede sneakers) and they were perfect. When I said I would take both pairs, the saleswoman said "you're taking both!" with a surprised gasp. Despite not wanting to give her the over $600 sale, I loved the 2 pairs of shoes & had to have them. That saleswoman was so snobby & judgmental. I love the shoes but am so disappointed by her behavior.
