Right from the moment I walked in the door, where I was greeted by two ladies at the front desk, to my time in the dental chair with Dr. Kaltaler and his assistant, my experience was exceptional. Dr. Kaltaler was first to give me novocain ever. I can honestly say it was uneventful. My anxiety about the dentist has disappeared and Dr. Kaltaler has made that happen. We know it can be super unpleasant so it's important to find someone who will make a unpleasant experience a pleasant one. Dr Chris and his staff do just that! They are super efficient, informative and dare I say painless?! My first visit consisted of X-rays galore and then a treatment plan for all the extensive work I'll need. Hey! Like I said I'm either their dream or nightmare. Although the cost of what my new mouth will cost me is astronomical it's not a surprise and on par with other dentists that have examined me. So why did I want to seek treatment here? From the front desk staff efficiency to the calming nature of the assistant and doctor I couldn't find a single fault or lack of professionalism.
