The hotel is charming, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches. Vincenzo and Nancy were incredibly welcoming, always ready with helpful local tips and genuine hospitality that made our stay feel personal. We stayed in the Carlos1 room with a balcony. It was a bit noisy at night, but closing the door and lowering the shutter solved that easily. Vendor tents line the street outside, and a security guard is present overnight, which made us feel very safe coming back late. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and warm, attentive service. We would definetly stay here again if we ever return.

You can walk up Via Toledo to the cultural center of Napoli. It is exactly where you want to be. Not only do you get a beautiful room, possibly with a balcony and little chairs and table, but also a full delicious breakfast, cold blowing air, wifi and a view overlooking the vendors below the building. They close early enough and open late enough that it's peaceful. The rooms were so pretty and the wine in the mini bar so reasonably priced that we spent every evening sitting on the balcony. And let me tell you about the bathroom with the raindrop shower head and changing mood lighting. It will make you think you are in a spa. This was my favorite hotel in my 10 day stay in Italy. It is priced so incredibly low for the quality you are getting. Airport transfer is available for a small fee. it was worth it, very prompt and super nice. Now to get to the train it is down a short hill. The bonus to this hotel is you are legitimately at the main gate to get up to mount Vesuvius. Meaning it is very easy to get transportation from the hotel to get up there for a hike. The hotel knows they are situated in such a beautiful area that they make it so easy to visit all of its neighboring cities of Naples, Pompei, and Sorrento. Overall the stay is wonderful, the bed is very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. The views from the hotel are honestly unreal. Prepare yourself for a view of both the gulf of Naples and Mt Vesuvius from your balcony. The only downside to this hotel, it is far from the center of the city and if you want to walk it remember it's a hill. Also there are not cabs that regularly run in this city. So if you do walk down, you will not find a cab to get back up. Overall, I would happily stay in this hotel again.
