You exit the station and turn right and then immediately on your left is the entrance to the hotel (directions from the train station elevator exit). Don't be put off by the front of the building and ground floor lobby. The guest house is on the 2nd floor and there are different businesses on each level of the building. As you enter, the elevator is up a small flight of stairs to your right. The elevator is small, so it may take a few trips if you have a lot of luggage. We stayed in the red room and it was spacious. It looked exactly like the pictures on Trip Advisor. The room was clean, new, and modern. The service was impeccable. The front desk clerk Lilia made sure we had everything we needed and took the time to suggest some delicious local restaurants and sightseeing options. The guest house is centrally located and in walking distance to historical landmarks. It felt very safe as the police and military presence was visible. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the room and the service. If I am in Napoli again I will definitely stay here!

A nice guesthouse in central Naples…read more Pros: 1) very central location, right next to the main square and shopping streets 2) nice and helpful staff 3) newly refurbished and nicely decorated rooms Cons: 1) it can get really loud if you get a room on the street side of the building, quality of sleep won't be very good 2) the building is a bit run-down 3) some rooms are not reached by wifi signal, nor by mobile network, that is, you should be able to live with being basically isolated from the rest of the world :-)
