The following week, I emailed the direct employee in charge of the group order. There was no response. So I called again, this time getting through. The gentleman was less than helpful, implying that I was mistaken and probably didn't place the order and questioned why I had waited three weeks. He told me he would check on the screens to see if it could be printed now and would call me back. Go figure, no response. So I had to call AGAIN. This employee would not even get on the phone and had someone else tell me the screens had been destroyed. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!
