Believe me The prices are relatively high but I will not call that expensive for the service and deliciousness(if that word exist) of what you will get. We have been served by the owner herself and she is super nice. For the meal we took fish and meat and both Of them were delicious!( Not sure I still have pictures of all that) After all , 2 plates, one entry and one dessert, 2 aperitifs and an aperitif snack (which was given us as a gift) was overall of 60 euros

Strasbourg is in the Alsace and if you want authentic "Chaoucroute" you want someone who learned it there. Just so happened that day her beautiful daughter was there for our Sunday afternoon family brunch. My wife grew up in Marseille ( by way of Vietnam) We live in Los Angeles. I grew up in NY but have called LA my home for 40 years. My experience with sauerkraut is on hot dogs and with corned beef.
