It was not a service dog so I mentioned to one of the clerks that they shouldn't allow dogs in their store because there are people who have allergies (meaning me, for one). She spoke to someone over her headphone and asked if dogs were allowed; apparently no one cared because nothing was done. I mean we're talking actual wearable clothing for $3 or $4 dollars a piece and really good name brand sneakers that were $70 for $35. I was ready to gouge my eyes out with salad tongs at the thought of coming here but the lovely wife found what she wanted which makes her happy and she found it in what I thought was record time which makes me really freakin' happy so I felt that we were winning more than Charlie Sheen. The store manager, customer service supervisor, and manager all strongly advised me to visit their website to review the policy. It would be beneficial for The Children's Place to include a return policy on the back of the gift receipt, providing clear instructions for customers who wish to make a return.

Processing the order took over a half hour then the delivery didn't occur as scheduled because the order never reached the warehouse. My suggestion would be to avoid Raymour and Flanigan until they can guarantee the computer system is functioning properly.
