The item was pictured incorrectly (a specific color combo) and that the item in that color combo was not available. The customer service agent said they would honor the sale price for the wrongly pictured item and provided me with alternative items in the same color combo. The rep was right on point with her alternate choices, I found a replacement item, sale price was honored on the full price item, no hassles, no extra charges incurred with great communication from the customer service rep.
