Turns out the meds WERE ready within 2 hours and waiting in a bin, but no one bothered to actually scan it in as ready. No one asked to verify her address when I paid. There were no syringes or medicine cup dispensers with her liquid. Also the drive-thru is painfully slow. I understand staff shortages but this Walgreens has struck out for the last 8 years I've lived in this area. I use it as a last resort only.
