I can only speak for the whiskey. The selection is huge with plenty of barrel picks from which to choose. I found the prices to be very fair, and there's no "secondary market" pricing that has been cropping up in retail locations in the last few years. Today there was a spirits event at their bar in the middle of the store. About a dozen vendors were pouring various spirits, mostly whiskey, and it was very professional with knowledgeable brand representatives/ambassadors. Also, if you're a whiskey geek like me, there's a sealed cabinet with all sorts of full old and pre-Prohibition bottles of whiskey to admire. If you're in the Antioch area, you'll definitely want to stop here and take a peek. Cheers!

No one had turned them in.The manager was there and he said well let me go look at the camera. So when he came back he said yeah I saw your keys there. This manager was wonderful he went outside look through all of the carts and sure enough my keys were left in the cart. I can't ever remember anyone coming from the behind the desk to look for my keys for anything for me I'm not saying that other people aren't nice and other stores but this just felt extra special to me so I really appreciate him doing it I can't even remember his name but it was the Woodman's in Janesville I just wanted to say that if it was really nice

STOCK UP This place…read morereminds me of being a kid. When my parents went to stock up for parties or Christmas presents they always went to a store like this. There are not many of these little stand alone small liquor stores anymore. So this place has a sweet spot in my heart and when I'm in the area I try to patronize them. This place always has a ton of parking, so you won't have to worry about searching for a spot. The staff is always friendly and are really fast at getting customers out the door. The owners are even hip and use Belly, as a rewards program. I typically do not see Belly outside of Chicago. I'm sure many Gurnee people are not into Belly but its a good feature. They also sell lottery tickets here. Hopefully I'm lucky tonight. I always try buying my tickets in the burbs cause you never ever hear about anyone from Chicago winning the lottery. That's my plan and I'm sticking to it. So you can't go wrong here between the liquor and the gambling. It's like Vegas without the indoor smoking or airplane ride. You know how everyone who wins the 250 Million Dollar Jackpot always buys a ticket in the middle of…read morenowhere America! Well this is why I bought my ticket here. As I was driving down the road, I saw the Lottery sign and decided to pull in for a chance to win. The owner was a very nice man. He said to me, "Good Luck!" I looked at him and said, "Good Luck to you too!". He laughed with me fully understanding my compliment because if I win, then he gets a percentage of the total prize. So technically we are in this together like business partners. The store is really small. It has every scratch off lottery ticket you could ever imagine that the state of Illinois has ever printed. You can also order those tickets by numbers on the plastic containers. The owner has set this up very efficiently. Also this place has smokes. Now I do not recommend these because they will kill you but in the 3 minutes I was there over 10 people stopped in to buy packs of cigs, so his prices must be good for the area. So if you're in the area and you want to buy that winning lottery ticket, then I recommend this place because it feels lucky!!!
