Realizing it…read morewould cost me approximately $30 to wash my car in the self wash using my credit card I went to question the older employee. He began to accuse me and treat me like I was stupid and didn't know how to use the machine. I began to feel so threatened by him I actually felt the need to call the police. I kept telling him to get away from me as he was yelling at me on how payment works. I even spoke with the regional manager who seemed to not believe me. Said he has never received a complaint on him. This is the second encounter where this man has treated me like I was a stupid woman. I left with soap frozen to my car. There was no apology nothing. NEVER EVER WOULD I GO BACK. You could not pay me enough!

Now they're basically just trying to force everyone into a membership. The cost is $5 for 3 MINUTES, yes $5 for 3 minutes and then like the owner said in his reply to the other person it's an additional .25 cents for 9 seconds after that. Do you know how insane that is? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! By the time it takes to go, put in a quarter, and then grab the wand/nozzle and go back to clean your car, you basically have like 1 second! Feels almost scam like now. Unless you wanna pay either $30+ or get a membership, don't go here

Thought I'd share in detail my experience from today…read more I arrived at 12:59 PM and there was nobody in line in front of me, additionally no cars on the line getting washed. There were 4 cars in the bays getting dried and the interiors cleaned. I asked for a #4 (The Ultimate) I walked in to pay and when I came back to the windows at 1:03 PM, my SUV was in the tunnel and being vacuumed and the mats were being cleaned. During the colder months they apparently move this step inside in order to stay warm. With 3 kids and a 3 row SUV, this process took a little while but that was expected. Two guys were working on this By 1:08 PM my car was starting to get washed. Another car came in behind mine and stalled my SUV being washed for 6 minutes. By 1:23 PM it exited the wash tunnel and was put in an indoor bay to dry and clean the interior. Two guys worked on drying, wiping down all doors and the door frames, cleaning windows inside and out, cleaning the dash, steering wheel, cup holders, center counsel, replacing mats, polishing the rims and tires, going over spots missed vacuuming. Literally watched one of the guys pick lint off of the back seat. The entire time my car was in the bay, these guys were working on it and doing something. By 1:42 PM I was returned to my car, handed them the claim check and a tip and was on my way. That's 43 minutes total for the entire process and aside from the 6 minute stall, my SUV was being worked on the entire time. This is not a gas station car wash. This is a hand carwash done with attention to detail. Bring a book and relax. Again people, go at a non peak time and be patient. If there is something you notice wasn't cleaned, ask them kindly to go over it. If you didn't pay a detail, however, don't expect ever crack and crevice to be spotless.

I thought the sign must have been meant to read "paper towels" instead of "toilet paper." Where else would you dispose of used toilet paper? The person at the desk confirmed that used toilet paper should be put in the trash. Really? Now think about it, do you want people with this mentality in your car?

It happened to be a bright sunny day when I was driving past this car wash. Since it seemed easy to…read moreuse and mostly deserted, decided to get a wash. There's nothing much to it. A couple automatic lanes and a larger, wide area for self-wash. These larger self washes are great for washing trucks or jeeps after a fun 'mudding' session. Whether or not that room is available for wash-off after mudding is a good question for their management. Not all self washes want to deal with the sludge involved. The site also includes a couple vacuuming stations and a deodorizer machine; the standard offerings at a self wash station. Although other reviews mention a station attendant, I did not see one on the grounds. The automatic wash menu has a selection of four wash styles unless you opt to self wash, then it is charged by time. The four automatic cycles are $7, $9, $11 or $13. The last two are available for wash club membership, allowing for a finite number of washes of the two best styles for a monthly rate. Which is typical of automatic wash centers. Those are available for $30 or $35. Not a high charge when you consider the cost of just the one time wash. But when looking at some of their most recent reviews, I would be cautious of buying into their monthly membership. Final thoughts. I like that they offer a "touchless" wash. Their shammy cloth brushes do make some contact with your car and it isn't the typical vertical style. For my $9 wash, it was alright though nothing special because within a day that new car wash look was gone. The package included a kind of spray wax but I would wager the quality wasn't superior. A decent spray wax can last a week plus.

Most recently, I had them ceramic coat my truck, and honestly, it has never looked better. The finish is absolutely incredible--like showroom quality or better. It's not easy to find a shop you can trust to deliver this level of consistency and care, but Stateline Detailing does it every single time. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants their vehicle to look its absolute best.

Come Wednesday afternoon I dropped my boat off and did a walk around. Mentioned to him that some people may want to look at it on Friday. I told him not the end of the world if I have to shift things. Jr contacted me Thursday and said it will be ready for pickup shortly. He was able to get all the hard water spots out that I have been attempting to remove with water spot remover chemicals. I haven't seen my boat look this good in years. I would never be able to clean my boat that good and fast with these results. I'll be recommending Stateline detail to everyone who's looking to have a boat, car, camper, jet skis etc professionally detailed. Outstanding job.
