Have you ever actually looked at the can when you buy from these refrigerated sections at gas stations? They are often caked in dust and grime right on top where you put your mouth, seriously it's disgusting. I always wipe them down anyway, but they keep their storage clean here and that shows a level of care you won't get at other local stations. The down side is how busy this place gets, and how poorly the staff seem to handle it. It's frustrating when a line is so long it's extending into the aisles, people can't browse the items and often cant tell where the line actually ends. To summarize they have a solid selection and prices, they also offer a rewards card I believe, but are dragged down by poor customer service. And the air machine is often broken. They also don't know how to crank through a long line at the counter. Then there was the time the cashier was yelling at a customer in front of a line of at least 12 of us--and she was in the wrong on top of it! This chain could really benefit from visiting some Quik Trip stores in St. Louis & Kansas City to see how well run a convenience store can be. This location is still the worst. Went there because I needed to go to the nearby post office. Long line inside and they don't know how to move through it. Thornton's needs to take some scouting trips to the Missouri Quik Trip stores to learn how to run a good convenience store.
