I stayed here with two friends for two nights in March (the off season in Positano). We were originally planning on only staying one night, but we liked it so much we stayed a second! This is a charming B & B is located close to the Chiesa Nuova bus stop. Our room was clean and had everything we needed (shampoo, a corkscrew). Although there aren't any ocean views, we had a balcony overlooking the town with a patio table and chairs that was a great place to relax and enjoy a bottle of wine. The young man working the front desk spoke only a little English, but it was enough to get by and everyone was very friendly. In the winter the town is very quiet with only a few restaurants open, but the restaurant we did go to (Saraceno D'Oro, about a 5-10 min walk down the road) was incredible. We also walked to the beach (only a 15-20 min walk, but there are a lot of stairs on the way back up). The highlight of our time on the Amalfi Coast was hiking the Path of the Gods (Sentiero degli Dei) from Praiano to Positano. It was an awesome hike with stunning views and we had a great time! If you're planning a trip to Positano and want a charming B & B well worth the reasonable price, check out Villa Palumbo! read more
