The menu offers great variety of Greek cuisine and is split into lunch and dinner menu. We ordered "Saganaki" for appetizer and "Kebob Combo" and "Octopus Dinner" for main. We also enough the complimentary Greek Salad served with Garlic Bread. Dinner menu is served with the sides of potatoes, salad and rice and the portions are generous. We replaced potatoes and rice with cooked vegetables. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. For dessert, we ordered the delicious "Baklava Sundae" and enjoyed Greek Baklava with vanilla ice cream. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. The staff are friendly, especially George made our lunch memorable.

I walked in placed an order at the register and it was ready within 5 minutes. I tried the lamb souvlaki sandwich with a side of potatoes. The sandwich was good but I was expecting something more filling, it was a little thin and unfortunately got soggy on my 10 mins drive back to the rink. The potatoes while way bigger than I was anticipating were tasty. I should have gotten a piece of baklava because it looked amazing! I thought about it all night. If I am back in the area I would like to dine in, they have a great menu and the restaurant sits on the water with pretty views.

We ordered off the secret menu and were not disappointed. I had the Tea-tini mocktail and Greek platter and my husband had the Roma burger. We also had the buffalo chicken fries. Everything was great and if we were locals this would someplace we would go often. The interior of the restaurant was nicely decorated and tables were spaced far away from others. I feel confident in recommending Lemon Tree Bistro to others.

I can't put my finger on it but it's just weird and very out of place. The wait staff was lovely, although when a friend asked for honey for her tea she wasn't given any alternatives for sweeteners, even though they had sugar. And the restaurant is very large so lots of seating and not super packed together either. We went in winter so not surprised at the temperature but it was very cold inside. All in all I'd only go again if there were no other options and I'd be satisfied but not blown away by any means.

Most of their business is take out although there is room for maybe four people to sit at two counters. The owner was super friendly and accommodating. I asked him to make me a vegetarian plate of mixed salads and falafel while I moved my car. (The lot behind the restaurant doesn't belong to them and you'll get towed!) The pita, humus, babaganoush, papas bravos, and pickled turnips were very good. The standouts: 1. the lightest, airiest falafel I've ever had. If I knew felafel could be this good, I'd order it more often. 2. Rice with cardamum pods. Why have I never had cardmum in rice before? I've eaten at literally dozens of Middle Eastern restaurants, and this was a first. It was a new taste and absolutely raised the bar on the rice. Finally It's about Thyme was a bargain. I think I paid C$15 for an overflowing plate of food plus a bottle of water. The portion was so generous that I took it home and ate the leftovers for lunch the following day. And here's a lagniappe: the restaurant is across the street from the Salem Chapel British Methodist Episcopal Church where Harriet Tubman was a member. St. Catherarines, Ontario was one of the end points for the Underground Railroad.

We wanted to try something different and we did! We tried the Bahn Mi sandwich and the KFC( Korean fried chicken). All the food was amazing and made in house, even down to the delicious bun for the Bahn mi. The KFC was the best I have ever tried, and I've tried a lot! The toppings on top were so good. We split a bottle of wine from Tawse and it didn't disappoint. Did I mention that they brought a little macaron and candle out for my GF's birthday. Such a nice touch. The chef came out and thanked us for coming in. Again. Can't say a bad thing about this place. So happy to have this place in my Hometown!
