Have always passed by this place for years and have always wanted to stop in and try it. Tonight I finally did. Was greeted nicely by the staff as I walked in. Everyone seemed friendly. Ordered a large pizza half pepperoni to go. Live about 20 mins away so when I finally was able to eat it, it wasnt piping hot but man was it good. Crust was light and crispy. Sauce was on point. The pizza was borderline inedibl burnt crust, barely any cheese, and the sauce tasted like it came straight from a can. But honestly, the worst part wasn't even the food .it was the owner. He was rude, dismissive, and acted like he was doing us a favor by serving us. When we politely mentioned the issue with our order, he rolled his eyes and told us, "That's how we do things here." This place gets ZERO stars. We have gone here for 25 years, back to when it was Frank's. After Sal sold it, it was never the same. In the last 6 months their service has gone completely down the toilet. They can't seem to get anything right. I am very disappointed at this restaurant. I frequently go there for my son primarily he loves the pepperoni knots. I went there this evening and my son was given a regular slice instead of the Sicilian slice he ordered. i am a single parent and work all the time I actually stopped there on a break from work to get my son food. after I was finished working I went back in hopes of the restaurant rectifying their error. the website states they are there til 10 pm. I arrived at 9:07 pm. I was told u can't bring it back and I have no Sicilian slices I close in 10 min. I said well the website states 10 pm. he responded well we close at 9:30pm on Sunday's . I replied so now I'm basically throwing away money since he won't eat the wrong slice he was given. Well he replied I can throw it out for you. That is disappointing and poor customer service. I didn't ask for the wrong slice nor should I have to waste my hard earned money, I should've been compensated. I told my son we will never go there again that is no way to treat a paying customer. Underrated - great pizza and good service....difficult getting in and out but worth it

Not my favorite. Pizza came out super soggy, oily, and so bland. It didn't have a taste which was disappointing. Came on a weekday night at the beginning of the week and the counter people didn't even acknowledge us for a solid 5 minutes. Not even a "hello". They were too busy frantically running back and forth/in and out of the kitchen for what seemed like nothing. No orders were being made, no speaking, no food being prepared, just seemed like an act. When we were finally helped, the guy that took my money, used a calculator to ring us up which is obviously fine, but still proceeded to give me the wrong change. $2 less than I should've had. He was also acting crazed and running around - for no reason. It seems like that's a tactic they use to distract you because while we ate our soggy bland pizza, two customers came in. One they charged his card for something he didn't order and when he asked to be refunded they said "don't worry about it, just pick something else out". And another woman paid and never received her salad, so she had to come back in. If you go - I guess don't go during the week, they're too busy. And ALWAYS count your change. My Girlfriend took me to Villa Grazia and we were so happy we went. The Restaurant is a true throwback to the old school neighborhood restaurants of Brooklyn and Queens. The decor is authentic Sicilian style and combined with the Sicilian Husband and Wife owners who greet you like you are Family, it is worth a visit so you can get a feel for how a true Italian restaurant should be run. When you go make sure you go hungry because the food is spectacular and the portions are enough for a nice leftover meal the next day. I came here for the first time in about five years. I have nothing but good things to say. We came down for their Pasta Night special, and the price was unbeatable. It came with a salad, a meal (which you had plenty of amazing options to choose from), a soda, a coffee/tea & dessert, and of course bread for the table. The service was amazing. Santiago waited on us, and he was polite, punctual, engaging, and very friendly. The dining room was nice to sit and have a date night. The salad was about average, nothing much to say about that. My husband got the Villa Combo, which was stuffed shells, baked ziti, and manicotti. He loved it. It had lots of cheese, a very generous portion. I got the Rigatoni Florentine, and it was so good. The pink sauce was nice and thick, the chicken was perfectly cooked. The garlic knots were some of the best either of us have had in years, and the dessert (we both got chocolate mousse) was very delicious. Nice place. We don't usually go for pizza & Italian on the road because we have so much of it at home, but my cousin kept telling me how much she loved this place. The sandwiches we ordered were very good. I had chicken parm and brought half of it home. It was a generous serving and very fresh. My husband had meatball, and said he really loved it. This is another "pizzeria ristorante," but I'm really surprised this place hasn't been reviewed yet-- it's always busy! I used to come often during my broke-college-student days for a slice. Their pizza is EXCELLENT-- pies are fresh and there's lots of specialty slices. More recently, I came to dine-in. Their bread service is great, and comes with Italian bread & butter, cheesy bread, bruscetta, and garlic knots. Awesome. The menu is expansive; it took me a long time to look through everything. I decided on the Mussels Marinara Appetizer as an entrée instead of a pasta dish, so I could nosh on the bread basket and not suffer from carb-overdose. The "appetizer" was delicious and HUGE-- a mountain of plump mussels with big chunks of tomato in the marinara sauce. I barely got through half. The rest is sitting in my fridge for lunch (and probably also dinner) tomorrow. My dining partner had the Chicken Romano which also came in an enormous portion, and INCLUDED a house salad and a side of spaghetti. Seriously, the value here is unbeatable. This pizza joint/Italian restaurant has been in this spot for many years and I can remember my mom bringing home pies from it for our Friday night pizza fests growing up out on Long Island. Well, I returned recently and glad to say that they still make a solid pizza here. Tasty Sicilian pie. Even though it has different owners and a new name the food still tastes good. The menu is actually quite large and offers up a lot of the the normal Italian meal options. They even have a lunch specials menu that looks terrific and has three combo options in the $7 to $9 range. They also offer gluten free penne pasta and pizza's. Check out their website for weekly dinner and pizza specials, along with some discount coupons. The restaurant itself is clean and inviting for a quick sit down meal. The pasta is delicious, and the bread they put out for the table is hot and orgasmic. The staff is really nice, too! Their pizza is really good, and I would say it's probably in the top 5 places in Suffolk County. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that if it's busy, don't expect any "goodbye" if you order by phone or "thank yous" when you pick up your order.
