My fettucine was undercooked (not even close to being al dente), the chicken breast was dry and the overall seasoning was weak. Even with the addition of giant slivers of Parmaggiano didn't do much to elevate the dish. I would have sent the dish back if we weren't in a rush to finish our meal and get back on the road. The Margherita pizza was the best part of this dinner sadly. I'm not sure if we'll be back in Trenton again any time soon, but I will be looking for other options than Tomasso's.
