I'll explain... He quoted me a good price for the job I needed done, and estimated it would take about 5 days. I was skeptical, but I trusted him. I should not have. He really severely underestimated and underbid the job. It ended up taking longer than 3 weeks to be done, and he tried to guilt trip me about the price, saying how he was going to have to eat the cost of this and that. In the end, I actually paid him a little extra money above what he quoted because I'm a sucker. He's also very bad about answering/returning calls, texts, and emails. During the course of the job, there were several days where he and his crew just no- showed on days they said they would work. When they do come and work, they never showed up at the time he said they would be there. "I'll be there at 9:00," means he'll be there at 1:00, if at all. "We'll be finished by wednesday," turns into Friday, then Saturday, then Wednesday of next week. To be fair, there were some days where the weather was an issue, but most of the days they no- showed were perfectly suitable work days and I never got an explanation of why they weren't there. I had a small concrete slab patio that I needed removed, about 12x12. They jackhammered it up, and instead of hauling away the concrete rubble, they dumped it in a pile in my yard and left it there for 2 weeks, killing all the grass. I don't believe his "company" has true employees. He just hires guys and pays them cash day wages. Here is the last straw, though, the final insult, that made me decide to write this review- he will not honor his warranty on leveling work. Part of the reason that I chose to hire him for the job is that he offered a 3-year warranty on leveling, so if your house settles, they will come back out and make an adjustment to get it back level again. I contacted him to come make some adjustments. Maybe one day's worth of work, probably less. He said he would come on Monday- no show. Then he said Saturday-no show. Then Sunday, and......... You guessed it, no show again and no call. I've tried to call him but he doesn't answer, and you can't even leave him a voicemail because his voice mailbox is full. This man is unorganized, incompetent, and unprofessional.

Armando has refused to fix the problems, could not get his subs to fix it, and we're stuck having to sue him. So far, this builder has even ignored the court after being served. Run, don't walk, to avoid doing business with this builder. He and his subs also failed to follow the blueprints, Southland Log Home construction standards, and the National Electric Code.

Level Pro's work left my home with extreme foundation damage. The warranty Level Pro provides is worthless, they refuse to fix the damages even after numerous attempts to contact them. Three of the top foundation companies in Houston came and looked at my home and confirmed the work that Randy Rose said I needed to repair the damages HIS company caused was incorrect and over priced. Level Pro quoted me a price of $6245 and way more piers than required. Jericho Foundation is repairing my foundation for almost half the price quoted by Level Pro. A civil suit is being filed against Level Pro to recover the money lost I have lost due to this horrible company's negligence.
