He also does a great job with children's haircuts. My 4 year old son enjoys getting his haircut with Anthony and playing with the pool table while he waits for his haircut. I appreciate the vintage aesthetic of the barbershop and the customer service. They have water and coffee available and that's always nice during an early morning haircut on the weekends. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a barbershop.

Music way too loud, way too inappropriate when children are around, smells like weed and costs way too much. I want to come to a barber shop, not a night club. The last place I'd gotten cuts at even showed nudity on the tv when a kid was in there. No class, so I never went back. I've hopped around for a few years trying to find a new regular shop and I'm glad to have discovered The Barber Shop. The parking can be a little tricky, but once you're inside, you're immediately greeted by a professional and kind barber. The shop is spotless, clean, and open. The signage on the walls are a very nice touch to let you know this is a safe and professional space. I've only worked with one barber in particular and I keep coming back because of the quality of his cuts and again, his courteous demeanor and professionalism. That man is Jay! The first time I came in for a cut, I didn't have an appointment, but he was able to fit me in pretty immediately and a young man came in selling aguas and fruit and Jay asked if I liked horchata. I said who doesn't? how much is it? And he told me "don't worry about it. I got you." What? that was the nicest thing. I need to make it more of a point to go regularly instead of once every few months so I stop looking like a monchichi lol. But best believe, I've found my new spot when it comes to needing a quality cut. Thank you for reading and I hope you can check them out for yourself soon.

I stepped away to be seated because I want my son to advocate for himself in all kinds of situations. John spent a lot of time listening to my son, exploring the picture he brought, and asking clarification questions. I loved that I was not asked what he wanted. This spot is a true "gentleman's" barber shop, authentic chairs, after shave, powder, all of it. I really respect that they treated my young man to all of it. Blind Tiger does take a bit more time than a typical boys' haircut, but I promise it's worth it if you're trying to teach your teen boy how to take care of himself to look and feel his best. Lastly, this is the best haircut he's ever had. Difficult to describe the difference but the shape of the hair is perfectly suited to the shape of his head. It looks amazing!
